The condo was conveniently located across from Festive Walk Mall and also provided easy access to the airport. Check-in was easy and the condo was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and good to deal with. I would certainly consider staying here again.

Thank you Homescapes for your hospitality! We had everything we needed! The location of the building is very convenient for getting to the city center. There is also a small cafe downstairs. My child really enjoys the garden and the pool on the second floor. The mini golf next to the complex requires personal equipment, so we were not able to play. The view from the balcony is very peaceful, they also have outdoor areas on each floor if you want to breathe fresh air and admire the city from above. When we arrived, the hot water was turned off and we could not figure out how to turn it on, but Homescapes sent us a technician within 5 minutes of contacting them and he turned on the water heater. Our flight was quite late and the owners allowed us to stay in the unit a little longer for an additional fee.

For a studio apartment this is the ideal price for the place. The pool is heated, and the smart TV is primed for everything you need! Great stay!

Martin’s place was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic locatio. It right beside the River Esplanade and close to Molo Plaza, with Festive Walk and SM Iloilo also within easy reach. The unit had a spacious layout, a nice vibe, and a lovely view of the river that we really enjoyed. We had a minor issue with the internet, but Martin responded quickly and got it resolved without hassle. He also has a great list of nearby food spots and attractions if you’re looking for local recommendations. Overall, a great stay and would definitely book again!

Unforgettable stay, Highly recommended! The unit was exceptionally clean and tidy, fully equipped with kitchen and laundry appliances so you don't need to spend money on food and you can pack less clothes. Even the little things like a mat were thoughtfully provided . The unit was exceptionally clean, perfect for family of four max of 5. The unit is a home away from home. The view from our balcony was breathtaking; from it you could see the mountains, the beach, and even Alta Vista De Boracay. Also, our host Ms. Denise is very accommodating and kind. She gave us tips and recommended using the HOHO card which helps you travel around Boracay with ease. Overall, Ocean Garden Villa and Boracay New Coast gives you an incredible experience and enhances your stay on the island, and my family and I would definitely return to if given the opportunity. Highly recommended. The place is very clean. Host gives a very clear instruction on how to self check-in. What I liked most about the place is the neighborhood. Walking distance to river esplanade, Molo Mansion and Sunset Boulevard. Would definitely recommend to thise who wish to visit Iloilo City.

Loved my stay here! This Airbnb is spacious, cute, and comes with all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the honesty store was a brilliant touch (and much needed with no close convenience store!). Felt very safe as a solo female. Super comfy and fast internet. Only minor downside was some hallway noise. Highly recommend for a comfy and convenient stay!

It was a last minute, same day booking and owner responded immediately. She quickly arranged for late self check-in since we are estimated to reach the city almost 6pm. Unit is great, we had restful stay and able to do laundry as well. A day prior our check out, I requested for late checkout due to delay in my flight schedule and the owner willingly allowed and coordinated to the front desk. Overall, it was a great location to cap off our vacation. Thank you for accommodating us.

Isagani's apartment absolutely worth the price. The place is basic but absolutely fulfills all requirements we needed for two persons for two nights to explore El Nido. Seperate rooms, A/C, clean kitchen and shower room, centrally located still in a very-very calm street. Due to not existing house nrs in the Philippines it was not easy to find but Isagani was very reactive on chat and always available, so we could discuss everything efficiently in English via AirBnB chat. They also own a local travel agency and offered correct price for the daily El Nido tours where everything was perfect. So all in all I fully recommend Isagani's place.

The place is big and ideal for groups, it is also complete of ammenities has a stove for cooking so you can enjoy the fresh fish from the market and also has complete set of utensils. the rooms are also clean with towels and linen. Also allowed us to checkin early since there were no guests prior to our stay. Friendly and attentive hosts.

Our stay at Amami was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean, amenities and cozy beds. Great place! Clean, peaceful, and really spacious. The access to the beach is a bonus too. The caretaker is very helpful. The welcome tray of fresh fruits is such a sweet gesture. Amazing host!

The entire stay was wonderful, 10/10! The sunset view from the balcony is spectacular. As an Iloilo local, I can say that this unit is one of the places that has the perfect sunset view within the city.

Бассейн с чистой водой без запаха хлорки. Очень отзывчивый персонал, готовый всегда помочь по любым вопросам. Tess и её муж тоже всегда были на связи и очень старались мне помочь с поисками моего улетевшего дрона. До пляжа и до большого супермаркета не больше 10 минут, дом расположен довольно удачно.
