Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Minato City

Spend wonderful week of staying in this place, small apartment but great neighborhood.

The host was very accommodating. If I needed something, I asked and they took care of it. We felt right at home.

We enjoyed the convenience of this location very much - it was close to the train station, close to restaurants and convenience stores, and was a quieter area in close walking distance to the busier area of Asakusa. The space of the apartment felt tight to walk around in for our family of four (2 adults and 2 children age 7 and 10), but the description and reviews did mention the narrowness of the apartment. We put out the extra bed on the floor for bedtime and folded it back up during the day to allow space for the table and put some of our luggages underneath the bed, and it worked out. We were thankful for the many amenities provided such as washer, the kitchenette, and the instructions on how to use the items, and felt the space was well used. Keyless entry was also smooth and easy.

This unit is a short walk from Hanzoman exit 2. Great, quiet location. Short distance from multiple convenience stores. A heads up for new renters is to ignore the star's location in the house rules book. The staircase for the rental is literally at the front door of the Chinese restaurant in the picture. I believe the instructions mentioned the stairs at the restaurant, but I locked in on the building because of the starred picture. This led me to carry bags up to an office building and ask for help. I think others may have had issues, too, becuas another family tried to enter our unit. The unit itself is great and I have no complaints and would consider renting it again. Thank you!!

I really enjoyed my stay here exactly what I was looking for everything around it and the place was just perfect. We loved Japan so much we will be returning. I will definitely be staying here again.

The airbnb is very near to the station. The host even waited for us in the train station to help with the luggages. She was very friendly and recommended a lot of restaurants nearby that we can try. The neighborhood is very peaceful and it felt relaxing after a long day of touring around the city. The room is very spacious and enough for 4 people to freely move around. It is very clean, air condition is cold and there are towels provided. The towels could also be washed and changed upon request. On top of that, the host responds quickly and also sends us daily updates of weather forecasts. Since rain was forecasted during our stay, there were also a lot of umbrellas ready on the first floor. Overall, this is one of the nicest airbnbs we have stayed at. I recommend this place a lot and will definitely book this room again whenever we come back to Tokyo in the future!

My family of 5 had a great time in Tokyo. Toshi's place was in an excellent location and close to transit, convenience stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

It was a wonderful room in terms of facilities, location, cleanliness, and amenities!I wonder if it was left by someone who rented it in the past, but the seasonings were quite substantial, and I used them while paying attention to the expiration date.I think it would be very useful if there is no resistance. The TV is very large, and I can watch Netflix and YouTube, so I had a good time at home (◍•ᴗ•◍)

We had a wonderful stay! Our host was exceptionally kind, hospitable, and friendly. He was very responsive to my many questions before our trip and gave helpful recommendations, which meant a lot since it was my first time in Japan. He was also very considerate of our requests during our stay. We truly appreciated the extra help, including assisting with our luggage and chatting with us before we left. We were so lucky to have him as our host—highly recommended! Will definitely suggest this place to my friends and family planning to visit Tokyo.

Momoe-san was very communicative from the get go and was so lovely. She made us feel right at home and was available to answer any questions we had. Gotanda was a lovely area and the open play area was lovely to sit in with our son. Thank you for the hospitality! It was so comfortable to have a quiet place to come back to and it had all the amenities we needed. We didn't cook or use the kitchen but it was well stocked with lots of appliances!

We had the most comfortable stay in Eishi’s apartment. It is very cozy and pretty and well-furnished, everything you need is available. Love that there is a washer and dryer. Location is convenient, 8-10 mins walk from the train station that is well-connected to all the attractions. Very comfortable bed. If there is one area for improvement, it would be the pillows are too soft. Highly recommended and would definitely choose to stay again❣️

Yoshi, our host was amazing. He was very accommodating and so so helpful during our time there. He even called a store to check if they had something we wanted. Amazing host. Amazing place and it really made our first time in Japan memorable and nice.

If I have a big group, I prefer staying here than ANYWHERE else. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is. Many Airbnb’s have an art for making the spaces look bigger than it is. This place is awesome! It is so convenient and has many options for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. Jerry is an excellent and attentive host and you can ask him anything and he will try and help you 😊, having an elevator in the bldg is a game changer, no lugging heavy bags up and down 2-3 flights of stairs. A toilet on every floor is so helpful and 2 baths is a luxury. The beds are comfortable and the house is clean. So easy to access. I almost am afraid to leave such a good review because I’ve had a hard time booking this place since the last time. I will always choose this place over any other as long as it’s available 👍🏻❤️

Our family of 4 absolutely loved the spaciousness (we were expecting smaller) and had a glorious time.

The place was very clean and comfortable, and as shown in the pictures. It’s beautiful, too, with the artwork and the feel of a traditional Japanese home. It was literally a stone’s throw away from the convenience store, very near the grocery and local Daiso, and beside restaurants, and a few minutes from the train station. The host was very responsive and accommodating. It was at least an hour away from places like Ginza, Shibuya, Shinjuku, etc. by train, though, and since we were 6 people it ended up a little pricey to ride the train to go places everyday. But it’s a direct ride to and from the airport so we saved also from having to hire a private car for airport transfers. Overall it was very comfortable and clean, and a nice and refreshing place to go home to after a day of sightseeing.

The place was very clean and safe. Very walkable and parks close by. Easy binder with lots of restaurants and places to go. Kazu was very helpful and courteous.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Kayo’s Airbnb! The apartment is stunning—bright, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The thoughtful touches and cozy atmosphere really made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything. Walking distance to Shinjuku. It was easy to explore the area with so many great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, and public transportation just a short walk away. Most of all, I want to sincerely thank Kayo and co hosts for their warm hospitality. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. From quick communication to thoughtful recommendations, they went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. I have used a room in the same building before, so I was able to stay here with peace of mind. When I arrived at the room, I was greeted by lovely background music, which made me feel strongly that I was being taken care of. Communication with Toshi was very smooth, and I was impressed by the very detailed and kind explanations on the site, such as information about Kamakura and recommended hiking courses. I was particularly surprised to see that the site listed every single detergent and seasoning that was in the room. The host has prepared a backpack for hiking and a portable chair, so guests can fully enjoy Kamakura. It was clear that the host really wants guests to enjoy Kamakura.The room was equipped with a water server, a refa shower head, and a hair iron, and I felt that the guest was cared for in every corner, and the view of the beach from the room was great. I have used many Airbnb rooms, including in foreign countries, but I don't think there is a room that is so full of hospitality, and I think it is an inn that will satisfy anyone who comes. Of all the many rooms I have stayed in, this is by far the best equipped, and I would definitely like to use it again. Thanks to you, I had a wonderful time. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and easy to get around. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again.

This charming apartment in Kamakura was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Toshi was a very proactive and thoughtful host. He provided me with a great guide to the area and was quick to answer any questions I had. Upon entering the apartment, there was peaceful and relaxing music playing. The bed had a warmer and deodorizer under the sheets for the ultimate coziness. There were tons of amenities that were super thoughtful from toothbrushes to beach day bags with chairs and coolers. The location is just a few minutes walk from the beach and about 15 minutes away from some of the major shrines and temples. All in all, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Toshi's place if you're in Kamakura. My only regret was that I didn't stay longer.

I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

We stayed at Toshi's place two years in a row and couldn't be happier. The location is amazing being close to the beach, many cute shops and cafe, the train station and main street of Hase. The place is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully managed with all the amenities you need and more. Toshi is a great host and always responsive, and provided very clear instructions. We felt very welcome and highly recommend staying here!

The tower was nice but I underestimated the stairs
