Everything went well, check-in was very simple and everything was clean. Susana always responded quickly when necessary. Apart from some water leaking onto the bathroom floor while using the shower, everything went perfectly. I would use the house again on a future visit to Porto.

We had a fantastic stay at Pedro’s rooftop apartment—it truly exceeded our expectations! The home was beautifully appointed, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better. Do be prepared for stairs to both access the apartment and go between levels within. That said, we loved our stay and especially appreciated being just steps away from great restaurants, cozy cafés, and charming gift shops. Thank you Pedro for an unforgettable experience in Porto!

I will write in my native language, because I will not be able to translate emotions ♥️ The apartment exceeded our expectations! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, there is everything you need. Such things as coffee, salt, sugar, spices, shower gel - all that you do not want to buy for a couple of days and then it is not clear where to put it. The apartment is very sunny, there are more windows than doors and that's good 👍 You can't imagine how nice it was to find a bottle of wine on the table after a long flight and check-in after midnight 🥰 I think that these apartments can compete with a good hotel!

Absolutely perfect for us. A spotless apartment, in a great location with fabulous hosts. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. We cooked one evening and made our breakfasts - everything you need is there and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern. It was great for 2 people but I’m sure it would work for 4 too. It is only a short walk into the centre of town and there is a lot to do in the area (Bom Jesus and the Iron Age hill fort to name just two). And finally the hosts were amazing! Incredibly friendly, communicative and they helped us out with a few things. We can’t thank them enough! Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. The location, a few meters from the beach and in a very quiet area, could not be better. The house perfectly matched the images in the ad. Everything is impeccable and well organized. Communication, both with Adolfo and Edivia, was clear and fluid at all times. No doubt, when we want to go back there, we will repeat.

The apartment was a perfect size for the 2 families made up of 9 adults. Shared space was large, kitchen was nice, had everything we needed. Bathroom situation took some time to get used to as they had half walls with no door or completely glass with no door. No room for luggage in the bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable and air conditioning worked great.

It was very nice to have stayed in Manuel's apartment, my wife and I felt at home. I can't even say that the apartment was similar to the photos, because in person the apartment was even better, much better! The house was extremely fragrant, with diffusers exuding a very tasteful perfume, Congratulations!!! Comfortable bed, with great bedding. Excellent kitchen for a coffee or a pizza. Manuel left coffee and tea capsules, which made all the difference in the mornings, because we already left the house with a great coffee. Spacious bathroom, with a delicious shower, really good. Manuel responded promptly when it was necessary to call him, and he was an excellent host. I highly recommend Manuel's apartment.

We really enjoyed the spectacular views, the amazing terrace and the fun pool. BBQ area was a real plus and all the amenities were adequate for our party of six. Joao was a very friendly and responsive host. The main bedroom was large but the other bedrooms and communal areas were small with limited soundproofing. The location was beautifully private but the noises from the town and river could be loud.

We booked this accommodation for an EVJF and we were charmed by the environment and the beauty of this accommodation! We recommend it 100%, the host is very nice and the price remains affordable.

Wonderful apartment, right in the center of Monção with all the amenities you need.

Spacious, comfortable house with beautiful outdoor space, very pleasant shaded terrace. Good location for visiting Porto and the Douro Valley. "Méandro" restaurant next door, cheap, excellent with splendid views of the Douro. Graça and her husband are welcoming and responsive. The only downside is the presence of barking dogs++ (kennel?). Graça has nothing to do with it, but noise nuisance to report.

Jose is lovely and super attentive, the stay was impeccable in terms of cleanliness and responds super fast! A 10

We made a weekend between friends, the space was perfect to rest and enjoy the outdoor space of the garden with swimming pool and jacuzzi. The house is very spacious, very good sun exposure, impeccable cleaning and very well-equipped. Mr. João was always very attentive and helpful, he responds to messages very quickly and still received us with a bottle of Rose. I definitely recommend it and, on an upcoming trip north, we'll be happy to stay here again. Thank you!!

Our stay was excellent! Elsa was over the top in every way! We had a gift of wine and custard tarts when we got there, Elsa arranged a reservation at an amazing restaurant and she responded quickly to any inquiry. Would definitely come back to this beautiful sanctuary.

If 6 stars was an option, it would have my vote. Maria invests lots of time and energy to make her guest’s experience a positive one. Only good things to say about our stay.

Very clean accommodation, each of the rooms had a bathroom and toilet. flexible on arrival and departure times. in what minute by car we are in the city center.

Ana was very nice and offered us many facilities for check-out, I would definitely repeat 10/10

It's always a pleasure to return to Margarita's house. Beautiful cottage, incredible pool and unbeatable views. The host's treatment is always very easy and friendly, making the stay amazing. He always makes sure everything is perfect and if he can help with anything, he doesn't hesitate to offer it.

Pro's: -The view is phenomenal!! - The location is practical and central (bus and metro stops nearby) - Large bedroom (also a beautiful view!) -Genug Platz - In the kitchen, everything you need is there (a second pot would be nice) -All was clean -There is an elevator (apartment is on the 7th floor) Cons: - The ventilation in the bathroom turns on automatically in the afternoon and does not turn off again until the next morning. It is very loud and looks dirty, and it also gives off an unpleasant smell when it runs. You should always have the bathroom door open for ventilation. No dishwasher - Large and noisy construction site around the corner Overall, I had a great stay and felt comfortable!

The house is amazing. Super nice and taking care of the details. The spacious rooms. The spectacular infinity pool and the Jacuzzi and beautiful sauna area.

A true haven of peace and regeneration! I had the privilege of enjoying an absolutely memorable stay in a simply wonderful place. The combination of the surrounding nature with the available amenities — swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna — provided unique moments of well-being and tranquility. It was an experience marked by peace, silence and comfort, perfect for disconnecting from the world and renewing energies. The two moments were even more special thanks to the welcoming and caring atmosphere of this space. I leave with the feeling of having really rested, body and mind. A place that I recommend from my heart and where, without a doubt, I hope to return.

The space was wonderful, and we considered that for us who were 4 was spectacular. Deu to rest and at the same time we were about 30 min from some Gerês waterfalls. A great kindness on the part of those who received us and we will return, without a doubt!
