Great location less than a mile from beautiful First Encounter Beach, a wonderful bay beach, and five minute walk to freshwater pond with sandy beach. Ocean beaches and bike trail close by. Bring your bikes or kayaks, or rent them, and enjoy all the Cape has to offer. Great for singles, couples, small families. Has a small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. There is not a kitchen.

Eastham is the Cape's best kept secret!

Enjoy the heated salt water pool (open Memorial day to Columbus day) bike trail outside back gate, pizza oven, outdoor seating area, deck with dining area, 3 season room as well as two first floor seating areas and a full finished basement play area. Enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer with beaches, hiking, and restaurants all within minutes of our home. Come home to the outdoor grill and pizza oven and enjoy the outdoors as well as the luxury of the indoor spaces.

National Seashore Escape

There is no interaction required with hosts during stay. 1/4 mile to National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center and 2.0 miles to Coast Guard Beach, rated America's 6th best beach in 2019 by Dr Beach. The studio is above the garage with a private entrance private bath with shower. Queen bed, wifi, whisper quiet mini split a/c no window unit, tv. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, no stove.

Secluded Cottage w/ Detached Bunk House

This was exactly as described and exactly what I was looking for: a charming cottage on the Outer Cape (the best part in my view!) for a long weekend. Super close to the bay side beaches for incredible sunsets and also close to the pounding surf on the Atlantic side (Cape Cod National Seashore). A classic and charming cottage great for a solo traveler or a couple, including kids or folks who may like their own space with bunk beds. Bed was super comfy. Outdoor shower was lovely after a sandy beach day. WiFi was high speed (had to do a little work), and I was very grateful for the air conditioning during this start of a major heatwave. Close to Wellfleet for some of its world class oysters and also only about a half hour to Provincetown for a day trip or dinner and shopping or catching the sunset at Race Point. Glad I found this place! Rob was quickly communicative. Definitely recommend.

I stayed in Jan's home in her Tranquility room and it was perfect for my solo getaway weekend. Jan was super welcoming and relaxed and we had a nice connection over shared art interests. Her first floor is basically a gallery of her artwork -- it was fun to see it all and hear some of the stories behind certain pieces! Jan has an easygoing manner and makes you feel instantly at home. The Tranquility room is nicely decorated, very clean, quiet and very comfortable. The bathroom is attached to the bedroom so you have complete privacy within her home. There were a couple other longer-term renters in adjacent rooms but I barely knew they were there. Everyone was so quiet and respectful of each other. It was the first time I rented a room in someone's home and I would definitely stay with Jan again. Jan has found the perfect balance of being thoughtful and helpful, and also leaving guests to do their own thing. Jan's was a great place to have as a base as I explored the Cape!

Outer Cape Escape 1 BR B&B INCLUDES BREAKFAST

Nancy’s place truly felt like home. It was a pretty authentic bed and breakfast experience. Check in and check out was a breeze. We were greeted by both Bob and Nancy at different points during our stay and they were very friendly and welcoming. The bed in our room was comfortable and the room itself was spacious and perfect for our few day stay. The bathroom was nice and clean! We were able to utilize the entire downstairs if we wanted - a family room with TV, kitchen, and backyard area. It was also in a great area. You would definitely need a car or a bike to easily get around but the neighborhood was cute and peaceful. Nancy even had breakfast set out for us in the morning that included yogurt, muffins, cereal, fresh fruit, coffee, milk, and juice. I would highly recommend Nancy and Bob’s for anyone staying on the Cape.
