Beautiful apartment and great location. The photos don't show how beautiful the apartment is, mainly because of the sea views. It has the peculiarity that the front has a view of the sea and the back also! By the curve that hits the coast. Everything is clean, fully equipped and very well heated. It was a pleasure to stay here, we will definitely return.

Our experience in Martin's apartment was excellent. From the reservation, he was always attentive and available. She greeted us upon arrival, showing us the place and recommending places of interest. The apartment was spotless, with an amazing view to the sea from the living room and another at sunset from the room. It also has a balcony ideal for breathing sea air. In front of the building there is a beach and a local of Havanna perfect for breakfast. A few blocks away, a spectacular grill, one of the best in the country. The apartment has a good internet connection, a large Smart TV and an equipped kitchen. The bed is very comfortable. We really enjoyed the stay and plan to come back. Thank you, Martin!

The apartment is super comfortable, it had everything you need. It's spacious, a spectacular view. Everything is working properly and was clean. I recommend Ivan and Natalia's service, both very kind, willing and attentive.

The view and location is excellent, the best. The depto is spotless just as seen in the photos. The heating is adjustable and very strong. Keep in mind that the third room with the bed is the one of service, very far from the rest of the rooms and bathrooms. The building is something old but in good condition. The access to the garage is somewhat uncomfortable due to the characteristics of the building. A minor detail: there was no complimentary toilet paper upon arrival, but the rest is 10 points.

I thought it was a very cozy house, you feel at home, everything clean, services Perfect, excellent location, you can't ask for more. Mrs. Lía as a host is A # 1, a very responsible person and attentive down to the last detail,very helpful and attentive in case you are missing anything or need help with whatever it is

Very nice apartment facing the coast, all light and window and wide ocean views. Jorge is an excellent host. The location is far from the center and on the Av Camet that is very busy.

Everything was excellent! We were able to rest very well. Everything is very clean, in perfect condition. There were more things than you really need. Very nice area. Inés is very loving and always ready to help us with any questions we may have about the house. I would repeat the experience! A luxury!

The apartment is very comfortable; the view of the sea is spectacular, both from the living room and from the main bedrooms. It is fully equipped, even with thoughtful details such as táperes and board games, and the heating works great. Also, we were able to easily coordinate an earlier check in. It is also important to highlight the location, as it is close (less than five blocks) to supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. We will definitely be back!
