This private suite, attached to the main house, features its own bathroom, kitchenette, and a convenient private entrance with easy self-check-in. Just 10 minutes from Mission Beach, downtown San Diego, Balboa park, and SeaWorld. 5 min from Fashion Valley Mall, and only 2 minutes from the University of San Diego. You can either use the free parking space in front of the house or make use of the private driveway next to the house.

Welcome to my Tiny House! It’s a cozy little detached unit from my main house. Complete with sink, water boiler, french press coffee, queen loft bed, electric off-grid toilet, and private outdoor shower. The shower was custom designed with solid free standing stone- you’ll feel like you stepped into a water fall! I just recently added a dedicated 5g network high speed wifi. I have other Airbnb rooms inside my home so backyard and hot tub are shared with myself and other guests.

We cannot accommodate children or infants.There are no shared spaces or access to the rest of the property. Walk to restaurants, shopping and transit. This spacious 370 square foot unit has a private locked entrance, private bathroom and a private outside sitting area. Street parking is free but limited at times.
