Apartment holiday rentals in Miramar, Santurce

This place was exactly like the pictures, it was clean and close to everything. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely book to stay here again!

Kia was responsive and helpful even when we arrived rather late at night. The property was clean and cozy. The neighborhood looked a little rough, but everybody we met was friendly and and we felt safe when out walking around. I would stay here again if we return to San Juan.

My daughter and I had a girls trip to celebrate her high school graduation. Marta was a prompt host, the room was exactly as advertised, and the VIEW was top notch. The building itself from the outside is very unremarkable but the room was amazing! Excellent water pressure for the shower, cold AC, hot water. Excellent location to T-Mobile district and to the beaches. The best part was hearing the coqui . Well worth the price and WILL be booking with Marta again. We LOVED our booking with her.

I had an amazing stay! The hosts communicated exceptionally well and provided great recommendations. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. The location was convenient, everything being within walking distance. Highly recommend!!

Great location! Would recommend for a 4 day stay. Walkable to the beach, La Placita, and short Uber rides away to T Mobile Centro & Viejo San Juan. I recommend staying here if you are not looking to have a rental. Walmart is also a short walk away!

Overall was very pleased and happy with the place and location. Looked Exactly as in the pics and description. Loved the fact that there were two bathrooms in the apartment which was a lovely surprise. Felt safe in the area and loved how close we were to the T-Mobile district, walkable , very pretty and lots of restaurants and things to do there. Also appreciated how attentive Kat was and went out of her way to give us all the recommendations without even having to ask her. Def recommend her place and would return as well. Thank you Kat!!

Good location to be in. Many things to do with 5-10 min away I’ll be back

The location is as good as it gets in Old San Juan. Everything is within an 5-10 min walk. The place was decorated beautifully and peacefully, the AC units were great, the shower was really nice. We liked the interior courtyard as the streets can be noisy, we slept wonderfully. Overall a 5 star rental!

房间挺干净整齐，沟通也及时，我们当时航班延误，到那里然后租车公司告诉我们定的车没有了，已经是晚上11点了，我们预定的酒店开车要2小时，不得不在附近定房间。然后找到了离我们最近的酒店，当时已经很晚了，没有想到能让我们马上入住，真是太感谢了。

El lugar está muy localizado y la comunicación con el host es rápida.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, in a great location. The place was clean, stylish and very comfortable. One of the best parts was the amazing food right downstairs Orozcos! David is a fantastic host, super accommodating and responsive. I'll be staying here in future for any trips back to San Juan. Highly recommend!!

I came here for a solo getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The views were both immaculate, day and night, and Rosemary’s place was exactly as described. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and beautiful. Will definitely be booking again!

Gorgeous spot, very easy beach access, beautiful view, night life next door walking distance, walking distance to many stores and restaurants! Overall a great experience and if I have the blessing to come back to PR, i will stay here. 100% recommending to my peers.

I really enjoyed my stay at Luis’ Airbnb! The space was clean and cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. The highlight of the trip was definitely the hot tub; it was the perfect way to relax and unwind. Luis was a great host and made sure all of our needs were met. I also loved blow it was so close to the airport. Would absolutely stay here again!

Loved staying here. The apartment was nice and spacious. It was easy to find and easy to get into. Jhensen accommodated with early check in so we were able to drop our bags offs and go explore puerto rico. Everyone we met around was super friendly as well. Jhensen communicated quickly and clearly any time we had questions. Such an amazing stay and very close to many of the places we went.

Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!

Juan was responsive, available and helpful. He’s place is clean and comfortable. I liked how the ocean was near our stay, literally walking distance. Also, the sauna and cafe shop in the lobby made our stay even more pleasant. I definitely recommend to stay :)
