Samuel was very communicative & straight forward with his rules which were respected. TH e house was super clean & beautiful for all my friends to stay. very Very thankful that he let us stay till our flight left which was in the afternoon. Great house, great host & great communication

Christian was very attentive and made it super easy and comfortable to ask questions. The house is beautiful and the private backyard with the pool and pool table made the house experience 10x better! Definitely very clean and spacious!

Beautiful place! We stayed 1 week, my family loved everything about it. The kids loved the pool! All attractions are not to far from this place and it’s very peaceful. There are good food spots minutes away from home. Definitely recommend staying!

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Francheska’s. Plenty of space for my group (we each had our own room) and we loved having the pool. We appreciated that this property is within walking distance of the beach (I recommend Numero Uno Beach Club!) and a grocery store; it was also a quick Uber ride to Old San Juan. Francheska was quick to respond and ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit.

Hey! Had a great time here. It was nice and the place had everything you needed on site. It was a little far for my taste but beyond that it was great experience.

Christie's Beautiful home was perfect for our family of 6. We have adult kids and everyone enjoyed their private spaces and didn't feel overcrowded. Plenty of dishes. Grocery store right down the street. Christie was quick to respond to any questions i had. The only downfall for some may be the security gates. you have to check in each time. I was OK with it because my family's safety is #1. Overall I would definitely recommend this home to others !!

I enjoyed my stay and I felt right at home.

Jose was an amazing host. Very accommodating, allowed early check in and late check out. The house is as described and looks like the pictures (the exterior of the house is now green). My family had an amazing time and we would recommend the Lake House Villa. The pool was great! A/C works great. I would highly recommend putting on some bug spray when outside in the gazebo. We asked for some fishing poles and within 2 hours they were at the house getting them out for us. Everything really was amazing. We did not really spend to much time in the surrounding area, visited the local bakery and that was okay. It was a great experience for my family 😊

Loved our stay at the Angel’s apt! Host was very attentive, would check in regularly and gave clear instructions about checking in/out! Place was beautiful, neat and clean! 🎉Would definitely love to return again soon!

So lovely. So close to everything in old San Juan, we walked everywhere! The house was very comfortable and the patio beautiful. I spent lots of time in the tub! Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this location! It is very close to many fun spots, including the bars/clubs only 5 mins down the road, or the district being 3 mins in the other direction, and Old San Juan 5 mins up the road. Beautiful house with lots of space and perfect for a wonderful home dinner when needed. I will say many maps don’t go directly to the address, but once it’s found it is wonderful.

We loved our stay at Luis Alberto and Jaime’s place! It was clean and just the right size for our honeymoon. The location was great. Calle Luiza has so many places to eat, and it was very walkable. We were able to walk to neighboring areas, but there is so much to do right around the apartment. I would recommend Coffeetera for morning coffee and Cueva Del Mar for the best seafood we had in Puerto Rico- both a five minute walk from the apartment. We loved it and would stay here again!

What an amazing house, very beautiful and excluded and Norielis was very nice and responded quickly and clear.

So at first I was skeptical of the place because the address’s are weird out there and it was hard at first to find the right place but once I found it it was an amazing stay for a great price and the hothub was a plus. It was just nice clean and peaceful definitely would come back again

My family and I stayed 7 nights. We were able to visit family and do attractions they recommended 10/10. Home was very spacious 2 rooms clean and also had some amenities that were provided I really appreciate. Host responded in minutes and helped us very friendly. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN thank you for a great stay

The home is modern and very clean. There are restaurants in walking distance and we felt safe. Having a parking space was really nice.

This stay blew my expectations. I especially appreciated the hospitality in the small details met (which were not at all required). From beach towels to seasonings to out door tanning/sunscreen/bug spray and even the bar accessories. The house is beautiful and spacious. The location is incredible as well. Truly a 10/10

This Airbnb looks exactly like the photos. We were welcomed with 2 little souvenirs which was so nice and welcoming. There was warm water our whole stay and the air conditioning was perfect. My partner and I felt safe at all times, especially with the few different locks and the private parking which was a plus!! This place is perfect for a little romantic getaway for couples. We stayed for 6 nights and we felt so at home and comfortable every time we got back from a long day of adventures. It was spotless and also provided soooo soo many amenities. The neighborhood was super quiet, safe, and friendly. Mayra was veryyy quick at responding and extremely helpful. She answered all of our questions and also gave me recommendations for parking as I had the Rauw Alejandro concert to go to! Very thankful for that. This Airbnb is also so close to everything. Don’t hesitate- book now! My partner and I look forward to coming back! This was one of our favorite trips. This Airbnb is very special!

Neighbourhood looked local. The apartment was small but there were only two of us so it was fine. Seems OK for 3 people. It's just as the pic with comfortable furniture and kitchen amenities. The shower cubicle is small but ok. I was mostly there at night to sleep and it was great as a crash pad. another noisy at all. Nothing really in walkable distance so rent a car or be prepared to pay for uber. I don't mind staying again. Host is very responsive.

Hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! The penthouse was stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with natural light. Every amenity you could possibly need was there, from a fully equipped kitchen to great air conditioning and a cozy setup that made us feel right at home. The view was absolutely unreal, especially at sunset. You can tell the host put a lot of thought into every detail. This place truly felt like a five-star getaway. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be coming back!
