Karina was an excellent host. The place is very comfortable, pleasant and ideal for being with children. We loved the entertaining room, you can watch movies comfortably you or the kids, as well as play as it has some toys for them. Even reading a while, something you'd like for your little interesting book offer. Everything is VERY CLEAN, tidy and quiet in the apartment. We didn't hear bulla almost in the surrounding apartments. On the other hand, although it does not have an ocean view, it has a view of a forest that is located next to the condominium that is very nice to observe. And Karina, she was VERY kind, courteous and with an excellent disposition. Highly recommended for families!

Very well located apartment, with an excellent view, the beach is in front and several nearby places to walk. It is old, but very comfortable and has good equipment. I made the mistake of going with my dog sausage and pets were not accepted. I have always gone with her to Airbnb leases without a problem. Nicole escalated it to Airbnb, which she mediated in a great way and she had a very good attitude and willingness to resolve with additional charge. I am very grateful for the flexibility in this situation, in addition to being always available to give details of restaurants and others. I 100% recommend the place, the view is beautiful and the hostess is very close and friendly.

She was always attentive to our questions and resolved them as quickly as possible. Although there were some setbacks, which were not in her power to resolve, she was very nice and always tried to help.

The environment is very peaceful and pleasant, ideal for resting and disconnecting. In addition, the common areas are well maintained, which demonstrates the good care of the place. Regarding Francisco was very friendly and always worried, he was also flexible with checkout for which we are grateful. Jessica was the one who welcomed us and was always attentive to our request and help us, in addition to being very nice and pleasant. Our whole experience was fabulous. We hope to come back soon!
