Все отлично, месторасположение отличное, хозяйка отвечала на вопросы оперативно, есть место для парковки машин, квартира чистая. Немного беспокоили комары, но это не критично :)

O oaza de liniște,un loc extrem de îngrijit chiar dacă mobilierul nu este nou. Casa este extrem de curată,spațioasă,utilată cu tot ce este necesar pentru o sedere plăcută. Dimineața vă puteți bea cafeaua sau ceaiul pe terasa din spatele casei, de unde puteți admira grădina și curtea. Mulțumim gazdelor pentru toate detaliile la care s-au gândit ca să avem o ședere plăcută! Fam.Cohal

Apartamentul este foarte frumos si foarte curat. Ne a placut foarte mult. Este dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie. Gazda este foarte comunicativa si prietenoasa. Locul este frumos si aproape de tot ce ai nevoie.

I had a lovely stay at Cristinel's place. The apartment is located in a quiet area. I appreciated the lock on the gate and the strict rules Crustinel has about visitors as they made me feel safe (as a woman traveling alone). There is a grocery store nearby, so it was very easy to buy and cook my own food. Best of all, the place is really affordable.

Foarte frumoasă experiența, apartamentul este amplasat într-o zonă frumoasă, sigură și la îndemână, avantaj pentru faptul ca include parcare în interiorul spațiului unde sunt bariere. Apartamentul e foarte bine dotat, are cam tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur de câteva zile. Gazdă foarte comunicativă și amabilă! Recomand!

Locuinta este execelenta, totul este nou. Apartamenultul este super curat. Pat confortabil, lenejerie de calitate. Bucatarie utilata complet cu ce cele necesre. Zona este noua, complex rezidential, la 10-15 min de mers cu masina pana in centrul Iasului. Noi am folosit Uber ( cursele seara 7-8 min pana in centru zona Piata Unirii, iar ziua maxim 15-20min daca este aglomerat. Serviciile de food delivery ajung la locatie. Zona linistita. Apartmentul are o teresa destul de mare pentru relaxare. Recomand cu incredere. Andreea

Am fost cazat în interes de serviciu. Am avut la dispoziție tot ce era nevoie pentru cele 3 zile. Recomand!

Gabriel and K’s apartment was the best AirBnB I have stayed in. The entire place was impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable, and the A/C unit worked very well. Gabriel and K are extremely thoughtful: We had a nice welcome gift waiting for us upon arrival, the fridge was stocked with water and apples, there was plenty of espresso and delicious tea, shower gel, and many other bathroom toiletries.There is a smart TV for watching Netflix, the washer was efficient and quiet for cleaning our laundry, and they even supplied a clothes rack to hang them dry! (The washer is also a dryer, if needed :)) And, last but not least, the view from the window of the Iaşi city center is gorgeous! Great location (with parking at the apartment if you rent a car during your stay)—easy walk to the Palas Mall, restaurants…and there is a grocery store right around the corner! My fiancé and I have family in Iaşi, and when we visit, we will be booking with Gabriel and K!!!

Everything was great! The apartment was clean, comfortable and beautiful, with an excellent central location. We really enjoyed our stay!

I really enjoyed my visit to Iassi. appartment is situated in quite place but like 3-5 minutes walking distance from centre. A lot shops, restaurants in the area. Appartment is extremely comfortable and even better then in pictures. Host is very helpfull and takes care of her visitors. Highly recommend.
