Great apartment in a new residential complex. There is free parking. The host was always available and answered questions. We were satisfied with our stay.

Recommended! Great host, all instructions are simple and clear. Kitchen is equipped with all the needed amenities. There is a large store, transport nearby. Close to the center. The apartment is clean, cozy, everything is thoughtful. Special thanks for the delicious coffee.

We had the pleasure of staying at Q Residence from 10 to 15 September, on the 8th floor, and it was a great experience! First of all, the view from the balcony is spectacular – in the evening, you can enjoy a gorgeous sunset and a partial panorama of the city. Seriously, if you miss Iasi or just want to relax after a busy day, the balcony is the ideal place! Being in my hometown it was super easy for me to get around – in 10 minutes we were either at Iulius Mall or Palas Mall, perfect for quick shopping or a coffee. The location allowed me to sort out my personal chores and smoothly. The accommodation itself was comfortable, clean and well appointed with all the necessary amenities. Even the elevator was running without having those "suspense" moments that you sometimes encounter in high blocks – bonus point for that!

Sandu is a great host. Very responsive to the customer needs. The place is very clean and nice.

Gabriel and K’s apartment was the best AirBnB I have stayed in. The entire place was impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable, and the A/C unit worked very well. Gabriel and K are extremely thoughtful: We had a nice welcome gift waiting for us upon arrival, the fridge was stocked with water and apples, there was plenty of espresso and delicious tea, shower gel, and many other bathroom toiletries.There is a smart TV for watching Netflix, the washer was efficient and quiet for cleaning our laundry, and they even supplied a clothes rack to hang them dry! (The washer is also a dryer, if needed :)) And, last but not least, the view from the window of the Iaşi city center is gorgeous! Great location (with parking at the apartment if you rent a car during your stay)—easy walk to the Palas Mall, restaurants…and there is a grocery store right around the corner! My fiancé and I have family in Iaşi, and when we visit, we will be booking with Gabriel and K!!!

We stayed 2 nights at Alexandru's place and we had a great time there - it was a very central location and we're near a supermarket at the local mall. It is also near enough to the nearest tram and bus stop, though Iasi is a small city, you can probably walk anywhere for sightseeing. The unit was small, clean and compact; a lot of effort has been put into the renovation to make it really nice and it looks just like in the photos, but really that's all we needed when we are on holiday. The only issue I had was the fact that you're in a building with rather thin walls and it is possible to hear what the people next door or upstairs are doing, for example like when they move their furniture, open or close the doors, flush the toilet etc, you are really dependent on everyone in the building behaving in a considerate manner during the night not to disturb each other - fortunately, I only heard them in the day time and early evenings and not when I was trying to sleep so it wasn't an issue.

I had a fantastic stay at Cristina’s place! The apartment was cosy, spotless, and felt just like home. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. What truly made the experience special was the host’s hospitality. They went above and beyond by doing groceries for me before my arrival, which was incredibly thoughtful and made settling in so much easier. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout my stay, and I felt genuinely welcomed. It's clear that the host puts a lot of care into making sure guests are comfortable. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located place with a wonderful host. Thanks for such a lovely experience!
