Awesome location! Literally, right on the beach. Donna provided a list of recommended restaurants, etc. that made the stay super smooth. I’d definitely come back … and next time hope for a bit better weather instead of the June gloom.

This is a great spot to stay. It is exactly how the pictures and description describe it. It is a great spot for a quick trip. It is super close to the beach and the bay. Upon request, Carl was even nice enough to allow two of our dogs to stay with us here!

Perfect place to stay for business in downtown and close to family living in San Diego and southern Orange County area.

Wow... a really great little Jem. The ocean just steps away (5 min.) easy walk for anyone. My husband loved the kitchen. Large and easy to cook in. Nice hot tub to enjoy after walking all day which I loved. All and all you won't be disappointed. It was a great time, and we will return again. kat

Perfect location if you have small kids! The park is right out your front door with a calm beach attached. We were able to fit our inflatable toddler bed in the room no problem. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Beautiful apartment just as pictured. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean and spacious. Mark was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. Great location not too far from La Jolla.

The only thing better than the location was the overall experience with the host! Our car battery died as we were leaving and Erin was quick to give us a jump start. Lifesaver! This place is definitely on our list to come back to!

Our family had a beautiful experience in this gorgeous home that overlooks the ocean. We met up with our friends from New York, and had a beach vacation that we will always cherish. All of us spent as much time as we could on the back patio, enjoying food on the spacious table, under the umbrella. Then it was off to the beach to enjoy the waves. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends, and to anyone looking for an enjoyable beachside vacation.

We loved staying here! It is very close to Mission Bay, Mission Beach, and Mission Point. We were able to easily walk anywhere we wanted to go. Very comfy cozy house, great selection of pots and pans. The bed is extremely comfortable! The garage space easily fit our Honda Pilot with room to exit on both sides. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful trip! We spent our week at this beach house as our kick off to summer vacation with the kids. It has amazing walkability and great for families. We made core memories here with cousins and plan to stay again! Thank you!

The place was perfect and extremely family friendly. My kids loved the place and they are not kidding about the house being stocked with everything you need to cook with! Awesome location and took a large truck and suv and we were able to park at the house. House was clean and spacious for us. Enjoyed are stay and hope to come back! Thank you Jarrod and Maria!

A great stay for a family vacation of all ages. With two small children and the grandparents, the layout of the home was so needed with one master on the first level, and 2 bedrooms upstairs so we could spread out a bit. The house was spotless and organized. For being so convienent, it was also quiet and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Obviously, we stayed here for the ocean view and roof top terrace which did not disappoint. It is within walking distance to fun activities and places to eat. It is also close enough to some great restaurants within 2-3 miles (we used Lyft which averaged about $6-10 each way). The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was ample space for 3 adults and a teenager. There were plenty of things to do with a nice mix of peace (from the absolutely wonderful roof top terrace) and entertainment (groups on the boardwalk, Belmont Park, SeaWorld, and the Zoo). Any questions we had, Erin or Christina were quick to respond. We had an issue with hooking up the AC unit due to a piece missing that was apparently being cleaned. Within 1 hour Erin arrived with a new piece and hooked it right up for us. Amazing service! If we found ourselves in SD again, we'd definitely stay here and recommend for others!

This place was in a great location lots to do and it was very well kept up and very clean. We all definitely enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay again. My kids really enjoyed the paddle boards and boogie boards and all the sand toys that they provided.

We had a great stay at Bill's place! It looked just like the pictures and was very clean and well-stocked! The location was perfect and was in a very walkable area. Bill was super responsive and accommodating, and we'd definitely stay at his place again!

My family and I fell in love with this beautiful place. We spent a few days relaxing, listening to the waves of the sea 🌊 with incredible views and access on foot in front of the beach🏖️. This location is so ideal!! We appreciated the beach equipment that was available. Hosts were responsive and kind. Would def stay again.

The apartment was so close to all the restaurants and easy to get to anywhere within around 15 minutes drive. Tina was an amazing host and on hand to answer any questions.

Location of this Condo is right by Crystal Pier and surrounding restaurants. It served it's purpose for my family and I. It was myself, mother, 4 teenage kids and 6 month baby. We walked the board walk before relaxing at the beach, baby fell sleep during the walk so we took him to where other family was already posted for beach day. When he woke up, we did not have a bottle but luckily the condo unit was 5 minutes back up to the room and back. With a 6 month or infant toddler age your going to have to be carrying around necessities the location of this unit minimized alot of this. Konos was a great place, they serve breakfast all day which is a win for me. There is a bar called The Hideaway, didn't get a chance to go in but they are very busy which in turns means they have to restock their supplies. This is done early morning so workers and their equipment can be heard, this did not bother us but maybe concern for those with good hearing. Our stay was great I definitely recommend.

When we walked in, we instantly knew this was going to be a great weekend getaway. The location is fantastic and the views from the room are stunning. Just steps away from the beach, we'd definitely come here again. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. Plenty of things to do. Highly recommend this spot for couples, solo travelers, or friends looking for an escape without needing to drive everywhere.
