Charming newly renovated 3 bedroom home with private suite, huge fully fenced back yard and 2 big screen TVs. Fantastic neighborhood is very safe and quiet but extremely centrally located to entire KC metro area: 12 minutes to downtown KC & close to tons of shops and restaurants. Enjoy a meal on the huge back deck or a cup of coffee on the front porch. Family friendly location is easy walking distance to large park with playground, tennis courts, and walking trail. Located just 15 minutes from the Power & Light District, 22 minutes from Arrowhead Stadium, and 20 minutes from MCI Airport. This space has no access to thermostat, (the space does have heat) - we do provide a space heater, as some guests have complained about being too cold when really cold days/nights.
