"SUMIRE AOI HOUSE" is a small Japanese house. The basic structure of the house was designed in 1952 by Makoto Masuzawa, a leading architect in Japan. And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted. The area has some parks and fields, and it's leisurely. I can introduce nearby shops. Please spend your time like traveling daily life.

We have renovated a studio apartment in one of the most popular residential areas in Tokyo. The nearest station to the apartment is Mitaka Station, from which you can reach Shinjuku Station in as little as 14 minutes without any transfers! We’re only a 2-minute walk from Hatagaya Station, just two stops from Shinjuku. @aloha.newyork is our Insta, where you can watch a tour video :) You’ll be staying in a popular music bar with a private entrance.
