The impressive green roof gives the appearance of a shrine-like tranquility. It is truly accessible, so people in wheelchairs can rest assured. You can also stay with your dog, and it is a space where the whole family can spend time comfortably. It is also in an excellent location, a 1-minute walk to the sea. Perfect for morning walks or time with your dog. The Imperial Palace is a 5-minute walk away, and you can feel the historic atmosphere of Hayama. Hayama Park, where the sunset is beautiful, is also a 1-minute walk away, and you can enjoy a superb view of Chojagasaki and Enoshima. You can spend a special time surrounded by nature and history.

A somewhat nostalgic house by the sea

We remodeled this beachfront house ourselves. It is a 30-second walk to the beach and has a Showa-era feel. The name of the facility ”Hayamana" is a combination of Hayama (Hayama) and Mana (Soul). It's not luxurious by any means, but it has a nostalgic, soothing atmosphere. The property also has a stand-up paddle rental, and beginners can attend a school. The owner is a certified professional of the PSA (Professional SUP Association), so that you can fully enjoy the activities of the sea with peace of mind. There is also a surprisingly unknown trail entrance surrounded by the greenery of Hayama, 5 minutes away on foot. Conveniently located within walking distance to various restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, drug store, coin laundry, etc.

L3 Hayama is a perfect place to gather with family and friends. A spacious open plan living area and three full bedrooms offer lots of room to relax. When the weather is nice, the private deck is a great place to enjoy outdoor life.. Watch the sunset over Sagami Bay and Mt. Fuji from the rooftop balcony. Hayama Park and Chojagasaki beach are less than 1 minute away. Isshiki beach is just a short walk. Come and enjoy the beach, take a long walk, read a good book, or enjoy a nice nap.

One of the rooms in the apartment near Anjinzuka station on Keikyu line. The apartment is 4 walking minutes away from the station. Anjinzuka station is 3 train stops away from Yokosuka Chuo station. To also access JR Yokosuka station, you need to go to Itsumi station which is 2 train stops away and walk about 10 minutes. Using Keikyu line, you can go to places such as Yokohama and Shinagawa. You can also use this line to go to Haneda Airport. Your room is 104 at the 1st floor.
