Villa holiday rentals in Mlini

When we first arrived we were slightly concerned by the smallish rooms, separate apartments and view spoilt marginally by telelphone cables. But honestly , as we stayed longer at the villa it was perfect. You can walk to the baker at the bottom of the hill for daily breakfast. The villa is clean and tidy and modern albeit the cupboard space and bathrooms are small but modern. Marko was a lovely host and gave us fresh meat and cheese. Our best day was the boat trip to the islands, swimming in caves, cliff jumping and a lovely seaside lunch in Lopud. You can pay for hotel facilities at the bottom of the hill (5 min walk) - tennis, badminton, jet skiing, beach and restaurants which are all fabulous. We didn’t hire a car and used Uber which isn’t the easiest but doable. Restaurants in Zaton were lovely. You cannot get bored of the amazing view from the outside area with a lovely salt water pool and loungers with unspoilt views to the islands and passing boats. Highly recommended stay!

Jelena was a great host. She met us shortly after arrival, allowed us to leave our luggage prior to check-in and was super friendly. Very responsive to our questions and was even kind enough to organise takeaway pizza to be delivered.

Maxim’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay. We were 6 ladies so all had own bedroom and bathroom. Living area, patio and pool area were all perfect for our group too. Location is fantastic, beautiful surroundings and short walk to pretty shingle beaches and some wonderful restaurants. Quiet, peaceful location. Natalia and Maxim were responsive, helpful and informative. Also allowed us late check out due to late flight as villa was free for couple days after we left. They also got some shopping in for us on arrival as we didn’t arrive until late eve, and arranged airport transfers. Wonderful stay thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at Villa Dalma. The villa was furnished beautifully by Ana, and the pool and patio areas were great, with a lovely view of the mountains. Our 3 kids loved playing in the pool. Cillippi is a lovely little village. There is a good pizzeria straight across the road and a friendly bar/cafe a few doors up. There is a Croatian folk festival on every Sunday morning that is worth going to - with traditional music, dance, textiles.

We stayed as a group of 8 and had an amazing 3 nights. The Villa is beautiful and met our needs. Dubrovnik is a short taxi or Uber ride away. We didn’t explore close to the villa but the host arranged grocery’s for us on arrival. There’s a beach (Štikovica) with a nice taverna 5 minutes drive away. The host was always on hand to answer any questions and was there to check us in and wave us off. Thanks again :-)

Our stay at this enchanting home was absolutely magical. The property feels like a beautiful step back in time, yet it's been updated for a comfortable stay. The home was exactly as pictured—truly jaw-dropping and impeccably maintained. We used the pool daily and had a wonderful time. It is sneakely tucked away in a peaceful, private setting, while still offering easy access to everything: just outside the property gate is a great coffee spot that I highly recommend with great views. There is a grocery store, great restaurants, and more close by. One of our favorite parts was the scenic 10-15 minute walk to Old Town, with breathtaking views of the Adriatic and even a prosecco bar along the way—pure perfection. Hosts Pero and Rafaela were wonderful—responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful. It’s clear they care about creating a special experience for their guests. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Ivana went over and beyond, she helped sort out a taxi from the airport and took our luggage down the steep stairs, showed us around and gave us great reccomendations. The location was incredible and right by a delicious bakery, but still very quiet and you were not disrupted by street noise. The place was lovely and clean and spacious we really enjoyed our stay, excellent location for exploring the old town and easy access to the baza gate for easy taxis out.

We are 7 friends from Ireland celebrating our 40th birthdays, and we stayed at the villa for 4 nights.The villa itself is stunning, spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything. The location is ideal, only a 15-minute taxi ride to both the airport and Dubrovnik Old Town. Local highlights: * Restaurant Forno: best steak. * Va di breno: Sun bed rental & lunch * Pizza one: Great for take our or sit in pizza * Shopping Centre: A 10-minute walk away * One of the standout experiences of the trip was a full-day private boat hire arranged through our host. Our skipper, Bruno, took us on a fantastic route, including a stop at a beautiful restaurant for lunch. * We also dined at the Panorama Restaurant above Dubrovnik Old Town, followed by a scenic cable car ride down into the city. * We spent a few relaxed hours in Cavtat before heading to the airport. Luggage storage and plenty of lovely spots for a final lunch by the sea. An incredible trip from start to finish

This villa is very special - we really enjoyed the privacy, lovely outdoor spaces and its proximity to restaurants, supermarket, bakery and walks by the water. Check in was straightforward and communication with the host excellent. It's certainly one we would return to - we loved it!

I have been using airbnb for over a decade and this is the best house we ever had. Everything was new and from the highest quality and the views are to die for. Ivo is an outstanding host, friendly and quick to respond and solve any problem thrown at him. I would fully recommend this house without any hesitation .

We had an unforgettable stay at the villa in Lozica! It was absolutely perfect for our group of 10 ladies celebrating our 50th birthdays. The house was beautiful, spacious, and homely —ideal for a relaxing getaway. We loved the terrace with good space for dinners and chilling. The sundeck was nice, it was actually one floor above the pool and offered great views of the sea. It was the perfect place to lounge, sunbathe, and watch boats go by. The beach was just a few stairs away, only a couple of minutes’ walk from the villa—such a luxury! The location was peaceful and scenic, yet still close to Dubrovnik. Easy to reach by bus or taxi. We took a lovely boat trip from Dubrovnik to Cavtat and back, and one evening enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Restaurant Storia in the old town—highly recommended. Our host Vesna was friendly, helpful, and made everything easy for us. We truly had a fantastic time and would love to come back. Highly recommended for a special holiday with friends or famil

This house is AMAZING and has everything you need. Immaculately cleaned on arrival and lovely welcome drinks and food. Great property for a big group or 2 families- lots of areas around the property to spread out and chill. So much to do in the house too. The pool area is the best bit- it was truly magical. The photos of this house do not do it justice- it was much better than we imagined. All our transfers and other requests were met. For future guests - make sure you have a car as this house is quite far away in the mountains- stunning views but definitely need a car as it's not exactly where it is on the Airbnb map. Loca taxi drivers were amazing though. We will definitely return!

We visited as a group of 7 people, for my brother's stag. The place was perfectly situation, and the pictures don't really do this place justice, and for the price it really is worth it. You're about 15 minutes in an uber (10 - 15 euros) each away, or 2.50 euros on the bus but more like 20 - 25 minutes on the bus. Just far enough out of Old town that it's not too expensive, but close enough that you can visit very regularly. The place was clean, host very responsive and he even dropped in to say hello and thanks for staying - which was a nice touch. If you walk down the path and turn right, then you are about 3 minute walk from a restaurant, where we had breakfast everyday. All you can eat for 20 euros a go, which wasn't too bad. You have great views of the water, and if you want to do a boat trip (which we did), is very easily accessible from the location. Already looking at the next time I can visit.

We had a lovely week in Mlini and with Irena’s brilliant recommendations we spent memorable days exploring Dubrovnik and visiting gorgeous restaurants with wonderful views. It was a short walk to the beach club or a quieter rocky beach with pristine waters for swimming and snorkelling. Excellent location.

A really nice property overall. Very clean. Good facilities and top spec equipment. Everything you need is there and thought about. Beds really nice and comfy. House has loads of sunlight. Really nice manager who communicated well and looked after us. Some nice restaurants within 5 min drive. So much cheaper than Dubrovnik. Border was ok but on way in took 2 of us about 45mins to get thru. There is a bit of a rush out of Croatia after 4pm as people head back into Bosnia after work. Other times it was less than 10 mins. We didn’t feel need to visit Dubrovnik more than once as villa was so nice. Would recommend this place and we will go back one day!

This property & the host far exceeded our expectations. It was actually better than in the photos. We had prompt communication from Saron whenever we had any queries. We were very helpfully guided by Mario to a meeting place near the villa from our arrival at the airport. He then carried our cases right to the property. Told us about the fab bakery which was on the top road. We were allowed to check in slightly earlier, then Mario drove us to the supermarket to pick up provisions. Above and beyond welcome and absolutely blown away with the location of the villa. We only wished we had remembered to pack our binoculars as the view was stunning. Great bars, great restaurants, boat trips & weather. We will be back! Thank you x

We had a great 7 night holiday here. The villa was perfect for us, 3 large bedrooms all with on suite. Lovely spacious kitchen and living space. Same for the outside space. Toni and Emma were great hosts, there when you need them. Mlini is a fantastic base for a relaxing holiday. We were 30m to the small supermarket and about 200m to the sea and some great restaurants La Noma was our favourite. Cavtat worth a visit, even more great food! Dubrovnik €15 taxi ride, what a fantastic Old town. We loved Croatia, a stunning coast line and great holiday destination.

We had the most amazing week at this beautiful Airbnb. The house was spacious, spotless, and set in a peaceful, private location with a stunning pool. Ilija and Ivan were incredible hosts—attentive, thoughtful, and always responsive. They went above and beyond, organizing transport, welcoming us with wine and cheese boards, and even surprising us with homemade chocolate crêpes. We had a perfect stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

If I could give six stars I would. We stayed at the villa for for nights in june, and it was exactly as in the pictures, maybe even better. The villa is clean and comfortable. Every room has airco, beds sleep well, the kitchen is well equiped and the basics like coffee, tea and such are there. Maro even provides a bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine, Maro (and his brother) was very responive, friendly and pro-active in his communication. The minute our plane landed, there already was a message og Maro's brother welcoming us and giving us clear directions to the villa. We also booked a boat trip via Maro, which was a fantastic experience. But actually the villa is not even that important, because the garden with all its teraces, the view, the pool, the sea is the most amazing part of it. It's even better than the pictures!

We had a lovley time in villa schola . Our family loved the pool area ..the weather wasn't the best so we only used the pool on a few days . We used the outside eating area for breakfast most mornings and cooked on the BBQ for dinner on one night .

Beautiful modern home, clean and well equipped, a real home from home. Lovely garden and pool with stunning views, plenty of outdoor seating for relaxing. Maro was a super responsive friendly host, with great communication at all times. Highly recommended.
