High ceilings provide a great sense of brightness and space. The living room has a set of double glazed windows overlooking the Alhambra. Furnished by a spacious sofa, coffee table and TV. The living room has direct access to the first terrace - with a dining table and chairs. Views from the terrace to the Alhambra and the Cathedral. There is an additional living room on the second floor, with 2 sofa beds and TV. The dining room has a large table and chairs for 10 people and is next to the kitchen,fully equipped with all high-quality utensils and main appliances. We highlight: oven, washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Three bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms and one bedroom two beds. Each of the double rooms has a king size bed (180 x 200 cm - US Queen size). The twin beds are 90x200cm. All rooms have fitted wardrobes, and have access to 2 terraces with garden furniture and views of the Alhambra. Three bathrooms. Two bathrooms with a whirlpool, and a bathroom with a bath. The apartment has centralized air conditioning (hot/cold), double glazing and underfloor heating. Free WI-FI Internet access. There is no direct access to the apartment by elevator. Entering the apartment on the right is the main terrace, with a private pool - which can be used throughout the year (not heated).
