This apartment is in central Kadıköy/Moda, constructed according to Earthquake regulations of Eurocode&Turkish Government in 2022. The building is in a safe, silent street, decorated on December 2022. The building foundation is installed on the rock bottom with deep concrete piles, the structional system also has been chosen, for the possible earthquake wave direction. In conclusion, our building is designed and constructed to withstand any earthquake might occur in İstanbul.
