Cozy apartment in rural surroundings

Bright and cozy apartment in rural and scenic surroundings on the peninsula Røyse, with a lovely view of Tyrifjorden. The apartment is about 60 sqm, on the 1st floor of a residential house, and has a separate entrance. In the living room there is TV with Blu-ray player, cromecast and many TV channels. The bedroom has a double bed. In addition, two mattresses that you can put on the floor. 1 person (max 180 cm) can sleep on the sofa in the living room. Screened, sunny terrace with dining area and sofa nook. The rent includes everything, bring toiletries and food.

In winter we recommend to bring your own duvet or sleeping bag as there are only summer duvets in the cabin! If you pay a fishing license in the barrier, you have access to fishing in all waters! Possibility of kilos fish in forest waters around. Holleia offers amazing hikes for those who want to walk short and far. Skiing opportunities right outside the cabin when there is enough snow! You are very welcome!

Perfect for weekend or holiday week with family! Summer living room with a lot of history, private beach and fjord view on idyllic Bønsnes. Around the property is a small forest that borders the Tyrifjord. A newly renovated and cozy older house located separately in the forest, with a large living room with fireplace, four spacious bedrooms, and lots of patio. Historical buzz: On the neighboring plot lived artist Anders Svarstad (1869-1943), who was married to Nobel laureate Sigrid Undset, and they were regularly on the farm.

The Post Cabin

Lower your pulse to the top of the Post Cabin! Stolpehytta is 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum Municipality, just off the Høyt & Lavt Modum climbing park. Here you can find quiet among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view of the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just room for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent electric bikes, stroll down to the climbing park, or explore the local community.

Cabin located at Sandtjern. Large windows with great views. No electricity and water. Take a break from everyday life in this cozy cabin. Here you can enjoy the silence and let your thoughts rest. Perfect for quiet evenings in the presence of nature. Access to the cabin is about 15 min walk (1.5 km) with partial forest road and nice hiking trail. Ski run in winter. Drinking water is arranged by host. Road fee NOK 100 Bed linen and towels are not included. Recommend going up before dark. Remember the headlamp.

Recharge at this unique and tranquil lodging in the woods. The car road goes all the way up to the cabin so that you have the car right outside. There is electricity from solar cell and aggregate. Originally, the cabin is without running water- but we have recently connected water from our own well to the cabin so that you get water in the tap. Small hot water tank of 15 liters, holds a shower of 6 minutes before having to warm up new water that takes about 30-60 minutes.
