Holiday rentals with a patio in Moita

Beautiful apartment well located in the typical Alfama neighborhood, with a great place to have breakfast a few steps away, recommended by David. The apartment is nice, spacious, the outdoor courtyard is nice and the whole place is well located. You can still hear the tram from the front rooms but otherwise everything is as described. And thank you to the hosts who are pleasant, very responsive and give good advice.

Sofia place was probably the best in terms of spaciousness, cleanliness, elegance, privacy and comfort based on the price per night. I checked some other places around the same price and it didn't even compare. Would definitely rebook her place if I come back to lisbon and would highly recommend it. 👌

We had a wonderful stay at Muidini's place - she was very responsive and helpful from the moment we booked, answering all all of our questions promptly and proactively providing recommendations. The apartment was beautifully furnished and spotless! We had a truly memorable and enjoyable experience!

It was nice to visit a more residential neighborhood in Lisbon! We had a great last night in Portugal and an easy trip to the airport in the morning.

We stayed at Tiago’s place for a friend’s stag do and it was perfect - very clean, everything worked well and there are some greats bars and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again!

This was our second stay at Luís’ house, and we will come back again I’m sure! Luís and his daughter Mafalda are such sweet hosts. Luís was also very flexible with us when it came to our checkin and checkout and our request to change the dates of our stay. The house is so clean, the bedding was so warm and cozy! There is a nice enclosed courtyard which is perfect for our cat daughter. We love this place and look forward to returning! Thank you, Luís!!!

The house is beautiful, everything works perfectly well. We had only one problem, on the last day the hot water failed and it did not return until we left. Unfortunately on this day the host did not respond promptly as usual and the solution presented did not work. However, I considered this problem to be something punctual, since the house was wonderful and everything worked very well. So I think it was an isolated situation and I didn't let it influence mew review in general. I recommend the house and would return peacefully. Everything was very well presented, the house is modern, super clean, excellent bathroom, perfect shower, my passengers loved it.

This home was the perfect base for our family vacation in Lisbon. Our kids had so much fun running around in the two beautiful gardens, while my husband and I appreciated the bright, quiet home office to get a bit of work done. Mornings began with coffee under the trees, and evenings ended with peaceful sunset strolls by the river, just a minute’s walk away. The neighborhood is calm and serene, which felt like a hidden gem in Lisbon, yet we were still close to everything we needed. Miu was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay — she made sure we felt comfortable and truly cared for. We’re so grateful for her thoughtful hospitality. We truly felt at home here and can’t wait to come back!

THIS TRIP NEAR LISBON WAS TO ATTEND A WOMEN'S CHAMPIONS FINAL. WE HAD TO SLEEP AT THE BORDER, IN A VILLAGE OF A FRIEND FROM EXTREMADURA. AND FROM THERE WE WOULD HAVE GONE TO THE MATCH ON SATURDAY, ROUND TRIP. BUT DUE TO WORK, HE COULD NOT GO. WHEN I START LOOKING FOR ALTERNATIVES, I'M LOOKING FOR SOMETHING CHEAP AND OLD. UNTIL WE SAW THIS APARTMENT, MODERN, CLEAN, PLEASANT. . . AND I RENTED IT. QUALITY/PRICE FOR 3 ROOMS WITH 2 BATHROOMS IS VERY GOOD. I DON'T KNOW IF ITS PRICE WILL ALWAYS BE SIMILAR OR IF LEANDRO ALSO KNEW ABOUT THIS DETAIL OF THE FINAL. I BOOKED ANOTHER PLACE IN VILLA VIÇOSA BEFORE, CHEAPER. BUT NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS STAY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. YOU ARE 30 MINUTES FROM LISBON CENTER. AND THAT HIS AUNT, A CHARMING AND HELPFUL WOMAN, LIVES NEXT DOOR. THAT IS PRICELESS. IF WE RETURN TO LISBON, WE WILL STAY HERE. AH, WE PARKED INSIDE THE HOUSE. BUT IT IS LOCATED IN A SUPER QUIET AREA WITH THE WHOLE STREET TO YOURSELF. 10 OUT OF 10 EVERYTHING.

Just had an amazing stay here, the villa is even better in person than on the photos and the heated pool was lovely. Ana Paula was great to deal with, very friendly, gave us lots of useful tips and information . we will be back !

Highly recommend this Airbnb! Check in was extremely easy Simone was there to walk us through everything and was very responsive throughout the planning process. The apartment itself was very clean and included a full kitchen as well as a washer. Situated in a quiet corner but only takes 10-15 minutes to travel into the main city.

We had a fantastic one week stay! Luciana has a spacious and well equipped apartment located in a vibrant neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Accessible by public transport, also pretty walkable everywhere if you’re up for walking. Luciana is a fantastic host, friendly, accommodating and made us feel like home. Thank you Luciana! Great host and apartment! The location is good and there are many nice restaurants and supermarket around the area. Will definitely come back again in our next visit in Lisbon.
