Holiday rentals with a patio in Mokošica

A family of three, we had an exceptional stay here. The place is thoroughly thought through - from grill area to cooking supplies to colorful beach towels that make the mood. I didn’t realize i was sleeping on the pullout couch until the end of our stay, so soft it was. All those details are designed for a living and made us feel at home. The hosts were very approachable, shared their curated guide to the city, and helped us arrange a transfer to and from the airport.

Absolutely fabulous 5 days in this beautiful apartment with outstanding views! Within easy walking distance of the centre of Cavtat, which has so many great restaurants & beach bars! It is a short steep walk back up (just like a lot of places in the area!) but worth it for the amazing views! We found the road a little easier than the steps, nice to have the option! Victoria was very helpful and on hand for anything we needed, even providing fresh towels & toilet rolls mid stay! The pool area was lovely, never busy and a great place to watch the beautiful sunsets! The apartment is on the road into Cavtat (also the inbound flight path), which wasn’t busy at night, also, the apartment seemed very well soundproofed, so we didn’t hear anything at night and enjoyed watching the planes in the day! The only disappointing thing was lack of furniture on the bedroom balcony, which was a shame, as we’d like to of used it! We would all highly recommend the apartment and hope to return!

I could give this place more stars if I could! Suzana and her family were the greatest hosts that we could’ve asked for. She was quick at response, quick to solve problems(like less than 3 min). Immaculate and pristine apartment. Great location, excellent view, cleanest pool, and the most modern apartment. Just be prepared to climb stairs(esp for older folks). We’ve been told if you come to Croatia, be prepared to walk a lot and climb a lot of stairs. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

What’s an absolutely stunning place this is. We had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone. We loved it so much we will likely go back. Don’t hesitate to book this place. It’s a great location too, there is a local bus stop 2 minutes from the property which runs a regular service so you can literally get everywhere. Could rate this stay anymore, 10/10

The apartment was very homely and had a really comfortable bed as well as clean kitchen and bathroom areas. It’s a 30 second walk from an amazing view of Lokrum island and a short walk from the Old Port. This meant we could walk in for day excursions and evening meals while being able to stay in a quieter part of the city. Davor was an excellent host. He was very quick to resolve an issue with the terrace lighting and helped us find somewhere to store our luggage on our final day after checking out, so that we could enjoy one final day in Dubrovnik. All round it was great and we’d love to stay again!

Antonija es un AMOR de persona y su apartamento lo tiene preparado de manera perfecta. Todo impecable, decorado con un gusto exquisito y equipado con todo lo necesario. Realmente quedamos felices de hospedarnos alli. Nos hubiese gustado quedarnos mas días, pero nuestras vacaciones llegaban a su fin. :) La ubicación es perfecta ya que se puede ir a pie al casco histórico de la ciudad amurallada (es una lindisima caminata de unos 15 o 20 minutos) y se disfruta de estar hospedado alejado del bullicio. El departamento tiene una vista a la marina que realmente es un SUEÑO. Pudimos disfrutar del atardecer desde la ventana todos los días que estuvimos. Hay un minimercado a unos 2 minutos caminando (unos 500 mts) Pudimos dejar estacionado el auto que habiamos alquilado en la calla justo abajo del edificio y nos movimos en la ciudad siempre a pie o en Uber. Recomendable hacer eso! Quedamos felices! lo SUPER RECOMIENDO!!

We loved Ivan’s place! He sent me very detailed photos on how to get in since we were arriving at night. Gave us very good recommendations for local eats and places near old town as well. Space was perfect for us 2 couples and loved being a bit away from old town. Highly recommend!

I stayed for 5 days, during which I felt very happy with the room. You have literally everything in the room, snacks, towels, detergents, washing machine, a nice balcony. The location is away from the crowds of the old city but about 20 mins. walk to it, and 3 mins with the bus, and if you decide to visit Lapad, also very convenient with the location. Communication with Gloria was very good. All in all a very good place for solo travellers or couples.

Great apartment with a stunning view. We enjoyed every minute of it. It’s not a big apartment, but it was great for a one night stay. It was clean, the bathroom had everything we needed. The was comfortable. The lights in the apartment were warm and cozy, we loved it. The view is so beautiful, we enjoyed our time on the balcony. The chairs on the balcony were great as well.

Dočekale su nas dvije predivne osobe, koje su nas primile na stan kao rod koji dugo nisu vidjeli. Nadam se da ce biti prilike da ih opet sretnem. Hvala vam. Obično bi trebao opisati prostor u kojem boravim ali kroz ovih 9 - 10 smještaja na kojima sam dosad bio ovo je prvi put da sam imao predivan ambijent, vlasnike apartmana i apartman koji je dovoljno daleko da ima svoj meditativni mir te bijeg od stresa ali dovoljno blizu da ti moze poslužiti kao baza za svaki izlet u okolini koji poželiš. Ideja je bila uzeti smještaj blizu kompleksa bazena Grad Sunca ( ostvareno 10 min. hoda) ali i graničnog prelaza u slučaju želje za nekim izletom u Hrvatsku (ostvareno Dubrovnik, Cavtat cc 50-tak min vožnje) Ili Srebreno (malo turističko mjesto u HR sa lijepom plažom, najbliže more i dobar parking) ali i Trebinja uz Mostar neizostavnog grada za posjetiti u BiH (stari grad, restorani, noćni život, pravo iznenađenje. 15 min voznje). Definitivno se treba ponoviti. :)

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Nikolina. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, modern und sauber mit schönem Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer. Mit dem Auto oder Uber ist man in ca 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Nikolina war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns mit allen Fragen jederzeit geholfen. Wir würden immer wieder kommen, eine tolle Wohnung um Dubrovnik zu besuchen 😊

We enjoyed everything about this place. From communication, checkin, the apartment itself. We went to another city and missed the apartment already and want to go back. We got spoiled with the beauty of the interior, the space, and we did not miss anything!! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Highly recommended

We had a lovely week stay here. The villa had everything we needed and Nikolina was on hand with any queries we had, along with restaurant recommendations. Lovely short walk to the Platan Bar every morning for a coffee. Great outside pool area, only negative is that we wish we were there for longer! Would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Geweldig verblijf gehad bij Antea. Vriendelijk ontvangen met tips voor de omgeving. Makkelijk contact te leggen, snelle reactie. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Net iets buiten de oude stad, je bent dus zo in de stad maar hebt niet de drukte van de stad. Muren met de buren zijn wel dun, dus je moet geluk hebben voor een rustig verblijf. Absoluut de moeite waard, dikke aanrader!!!

Tout s’est très bien passé pendant notre séjour. L’hôte nous a très bien accueillis, avec gentillesse et disponibilité. Merci encore pour les recommandations et les conseils qui nous ont été très utiles. Je recommande sans hésiter !

조용하고 깨끗한 숙소였어요!! 티나와 그의 어머니는 언제나 적극적인 응대를 해주어서 편하게 잘 지내다 왔어요!! 올드타운까지는 10분마다 오는 6번 버스로 약 15~20분 걸려요!! 와이파이 잘되고 스마트TV도 있어요!! 그리고 마지막날 자그마한 기념품도 주시고 너무 고마웠습니다!

Super stay! Bruno was a really welcoming host. The apartment had everthing you required. Set in a peaceful location about a 25 min walk into the old town. The view from the balcony was a real treat.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Ruhige Lage, umgeben von Gärten, dennoch zu Fuß schnell bei Hafen, Geschäft, Restaurant. In der Sommerhitze sicher angenehme Temperatur innen aufgrund der dicken Mauern des Hauses und der mit Pflanzen überdachten Terasse. Zum FKK-Strand, der groß und schön gelegen ist, ca 10 min Fußweg. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Natalia war sehr hilfsbereit bei verschiedensten Anliegen und gut erreichbar. Gerne wieder.

Great place—exactly as described! The apartment has one very large bedroom and a second decent-sized room, plus a hallway cupboard for hanging clothes. The living room downstairs is very spacious, and all amenities are provided. The shower was a highlight: roomy, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. The location is a nice balance—about a 20-minute walk to the old town, so you’re close enough to explore but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the busy areas. There aren’t many shops immediately nearby, but there’s a lovely bakery just 2 minutes away with delicious pastries, and two small supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Only small feedback: the bedroom shutters weren’t blackout, so the room got quite bright in the morning—which might not be ideal for light sleepers (though that’s a personal preference). Overall, a great stay! The hosts were very flexible and even accommodated an early check-in for us. Would definitely recommend.

Très bon endroit à l'écart de Dubrovnick. Bus au bas de la maison. Plage très bien à 3 minutes . Hôtes très sympathiques et reactifs à nos demandes. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Fantastic location and stunning view. The apartment looked newly renovated so everything looked new and clean. Very friendly neighbor who gave us restaurant and wine recommendation. This would not be a place for someone who struggles with stairs.
