33 square meters on the ground floor. Private entrance, in the housing cooperative. House rules regarding noise and noise, regular stay, quiet after 11 pm. Wifi. Nice bathroom with shower. Towels. No washing machine. Mirror wardrobe with plenty of space. No porch, but chairs are outside the entrance. Food store 5 minute walking distance. 25 min walk to Roseby shopping center and 40 min walk to downtown Molde. Bus stop 5 min away, bus goes to the city every 30 min. Garbage room in own house. Airport 15 -20 min to walk, Car can be parked on communal parking. No smoking. Tv.

The apartment is beautiful and has the best view! It is central in Molde, on the west coast of Norway. It is 88 m2, and is suitable for 4 persons. Two can sleep in the Master bedroom, 1 in the guest bedroom & 1 on the sofa in the big livingroom. I also have 2 air mattresses if there is more than 4 people (max 8 adults+1 kid). Free parking outside and busses going. Possible to walk to the center of Molde with shopping streets, malls and restaurants with a nice view over the fjord and mountains.

Enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet. Hybelleilighet med sovealkove som ligger i gangavstand fra Molde sentrum, og det er omtrent like langt til badeland, til bygdemuseum og til startpunkt for turer i marka. Dagligvarebutikk i nærheten. Leiligheten har en dobbeltseng (150 cm), og vi kan også stille med seng til små barn. Det er ikke komfyr på kjøkkenet, men mikrobølgeovn. TV uten dekoder, men med chromecast. Egen inngang, parkeringsplass på tomten.
