great location, easy access to the beach, loads of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. 20 minutes delightful walk to the transport to Porto. the apartment is spacious, with a beautiful view of the ocean as the pictures show. family of 4, enjoyed our stay. What a great place...could not ask for a better location. Loved our walks every evening along the river, that is practically right across the street, to the mouth of the Atlantic. Many great restaurants within easy walking distance. But, we also cooked in a lot of nights...well appointed kitchen with just about everything we needed. We stayed for a month and were very comfortable. While we did not get to meet our hosts in person, they responded to our inquiries quickly. We already have it booked in the autumn for a return trip!

Luis appartement was clean and well presented. The views across the beach were beautiful and peaceful, a pleasure to see whilst having our coffee in the sitting room.

wonderful and spacious , we felt very comfortable. Even our 10 yo with autism loved the place. lovely view of the ocean and sunset from the third floor which is a bonus . The living room futon was also comfortable to sleep on . lots of pots and pans and dishes to use for cooking as well as some spices and oils which was super helpful for cooking.

Ana's apartment is great in the center of the cozy Viana. Restaurants, shops, everything is close by. Well furnished and spacious apartment with beautiful windows and French balcony. Lovely bathroom. Ana is very nice and personally brought some treats. Would definitely come back here.

Great stay. Just behind beautiful dunes area, full of wild flowers. Easy walk to beach. Underground car park, easy access, beneath building. Nice sun terrace out back, gets full evening sunshine.

We had such a good time. We loved the villa, WIFI was excellent, surroundings were so peaceful. House was very clean and the staff were very attentive. Couldn’t fault our stay, would recommend this place to anyone. Also love Bull the dog, very friendly! Thanks again!

Five stars to Casa de Cardido and to Rui and Alexandra for being wonderful hosts. We were a little late checking in, but Rui greeted us with a smile and a very generous tabua of local cheeses and meats. The hosts go above anything expected, with a sound system at the pool, exercise equipment, and fresh bread delivered daily. The house is a traditional Portuguese home - and it feels like a “home” not a rental. We spent two weeks here and it felt like staying with family. I noticed that one review commented on how close the highway is. Please know this is not a problem. You can see the highway when approaching the home from the road, but you cannot hear it and it does not interfere with the experience. This is very high quality stay with caring and involved hosts that will make sure you have all you need. I highly recommend.

Great location, with stunning beachfront views. Quiet place, and with restaurants nearby. Within walking distance many localities to be able to visit. The hosts are very friendly and ready for recommendations and collaboration.

Jose is a great host and surprised us with delicious stuff in the fridge. The apartment is modern and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped...a kettle would still be good... Towels more than sufficient. One Washing machine is available. We stayed for 2 days and felt very comfortable.

Cozy, quiet and perfect urbanization to disconnect a few days with the family. The great pool and the apartment everything as described. Supermarkets 5 min. and good restaurants and excellent views. The host recommended places to me and I even leave tourist brochures. I recommend it.

First of all Victoria and Luis have been the perfect hosts. Super friendly and helpful and always there when we had a question. The apartment is very clean with all amenities you need and perfectly located in best proximity to the wonderful Cabadelo beach. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset after a day at the beach overlooking the pine trees and the rivermouth. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will come back for sure!!! This apartment saved my stay, it's amazing. You have a beautiful view of the beach, the evenings are quite quiet, the environment is pleasant. You have a lot of restaurants within walking distance or even Uber Eats delivery and the host is very nice and responsive, really takes care of these guests.

Very clean and spacious. Overlooking beautiful beach. Very good value. You will need to buy soap, washing up liquid, detergent etc. Just to be aware of this. A lovely apartment to enjoy wonderful Praya do Ancora.
