We had a wonderful stay that far exceeded our expectations. The house was incredibly spacious, with more than enough room for our family, and the bonus of having two kitchens made everything so much easier when catering for a big group. The outdoor play area was a huge hit with the kids – plenty of space for them to run around and stay entertained. The fire pit was another highlight, perfect for relaxing in the cool evening and enjoying quality time together. One night simply wasn’t enough—we’ll definitely be back for a longer stay next time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a family-friendly, comfortable, and well-equipped getaway!

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was very well appointed & perfect for cooking meals at home. The views are just stunning and the house is super close to a divine white sandy beach. The fire kept us warm and cosy on the cool autumn nights. Will definitely return.

What a place! it's our second time here and we come back because of the house, location and cleanliness. I value a place that is comfortable and quiet, but still close to everything. Thanks to the host Tania for having us, the house looks great and we had a great stay. We will be back soon.

We had such a wonderful time at Milkwood Barn. The space is beautifully designed, and my kids absolutely loved the treehouse! It was also so convenient being just a short drive from Berry, such a perfect spot for a little getaway.

Thank you Mandy for hosting us! The house is warm and cosy, even it's cold outside, beds are very comfy. we love the wood 🔥 fire place in the house. Kitchen is full of items that is helpful for cooking. We will come back and stay in this cottage and strongly recommend it

A great house in a great location - just a few minutes walk to the beach. House was very clean and lovely throughout. Kitchen was well stocked. If we could make any recommendations for improvement, it would be to add another outdoor dining table/chairs so that everyone could sit/eat outside together. We really enjoyed out stay.

We had a wonderful 9 nights stay at Ash’s place. It really beautiful with a gorgeous backyard. It’s 3 min walk to the dog friendly beach, where we spent all of our mornings and afternoons. If you’re looking for peaceful and private time together with loved ones - that’s a great choice!

Stephanie is an amazing host. This property was not only in a brilliant position but it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed here to celebrate my 60th Birthday with our adult children, partners and our 2 small dogs. The yard is great for dogs although the side gate may not be great for some small dogs as they may get through. We solved this by placing the bins there which worked a treat. Stephanie has indicated that she will look at adjusting this. The house is immaculately furnished and stocked with all the essentials and more. Stephanie was very responsive during our stay when we had some queries, providing us with locations of EV chargers, activities & places to dine. The house is walking distance to Malua Bay Shops. Raymond’s Chinese is delicious. Club Malua has great food, cocktails & Barefoot Bowls.The pool was very clean and refreshing on hot days. The table tennis was enjoyed by all adults. The layout of the house allows for plenty of spots to chill out. We will be back.

Honestly if you have been searching for somewhere to take a young family just stop looking at book with this host 10/10! everything is perfection, such a kind and friendly host, home is set up with everything you could think of needing , perfect location, short walk to beach and pool is beautiful. Friendly neighbourhood, lovely maker markets near by. This home is beautiful and photos dont even do it justice of how great this home is, we would 100% stay here again, kids loved every minute and we left feeling so relaxed. Thanks so much for a beautiful stay and the best bed ever 🌸

I highly recommend this property as it was stunning. My husband and I went away for two nights for a wedding and from the moment we walked into the door we felt so calm and both in awe at how beautiful the property was. So much thought has gone into this beautiful home and I think it’s one of our favourite spots we have stayed to date. The outside bath was our favourite along with the fireplace to help us relax. The host was great and check in was super easy. We could not fault one thing and we cannot to book again for a weekend reset. The perfect location for anyone wanting to slow down. We stayed as a couple but this place would be amazing to go with two other couples, a family or friends! Location was also great and walking distance into town.

We had an incredible 9-night stay at Escape Vacations’ Bendalong house. The property is beautifully set on acreage, offering a peaceful retreat immersed in nature. The pool was absolutely amazing—perfect for relaxing—and the sauna was a fantastic touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Being surrounded by the great outdoors while still having luxury amenities made for the best of both worlds. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene getaway!

Thank you Maree.. we had a wonderful time and great experience. With lot of open spaces , pet friendly arrangements and friendly in house pets.. Our 2 year old labrador felt equally welcome and had an excellent time too.. We would love to come back and highly recommend to anyone who would like to spend some peaceful , yet entraining time in bush-lands.

had a great time staying at this accommodation. the pool and jacuzzi were amazing and the kitchen was fully furnished and comfortable to use. lots of fun games were also at the accommodation and beds were nice. only problem was that the previous people at the accommodation had filled the bins which meant there was no space for our garbage which meant that bin was overflowing. this caused one of the neighbours to go ballistic on us even though we were following instructions as provided by the bnb owner. we were able to explain it to them but this was confronting.

Thank you for sharing your home with my family. The place was clean, spacious and well furnished. The kids loved the koi pond. Unfortunately, we did not get to use the pool as it is not heated so it was too cold during the time of year we visited but would love to come back during the warmer period. The beds were comfortable and the supply of extra towels, blankets and pillows was very useful. We got to use the Weber BBQ and and spent one afternoon enjoying the big exterior dining table and relaxing outside. It was very easy to checkin and checkout. Thank you again.

We had a wonderful two nights at the cottage, Natalie’s instructions are very clear and concise in checking in. At first you feel like you’re in a cottage and surroundings that could be at least over 100yo but beautifully presented, until you read the story in the cottage info book and realise it’s only around 20yo and that a lot of the material is from famous buildings and locations across not only Australia but the world. Great kitchen, very well appointed, heated floors in the bathrooms, great coffee machine, fire place and bbq. Would stay there again in a heart beat. Thanks Natalie

We had a very relaxing stay at Emily's Place for the start of winter. Loved the fireplace and ducted air conditioning. A little chilly downstairs but bedrooms had oil heaters. Beautiful views and the night sky was amazing. So close to the beach and you can hear the ocean 24/7. Pretty secluded and private and the local cafe was great (5 min drive) and pizza Friday and Saturday night's a must. Plenty of kangaroos around too.

My family loved staying at Kerstin’s beautiful home. We were surrounded by endless views and had lovely company in the form of rescued dogs, cats, goats, kangaroos and a wombat! The fireplace was super cozy and Kerstin kindly had it started in time for our arrival, and offered to have it started again the next day. Kerstin is a wonderful host and person, working day and night to care for all the rescued wild life. Thank you Kerstin for having us and making sure we were comfortable and warm. We can’t wait to be back!

Our large family group stayed for a long weekend & had the most amazing time! (would now like to make it our yearly trip) There were so many activities to keep the kids entertained all weekend - ping pong & paddleboards were the winner's; the kitchen also had absolutely everything you could ever need. The view from this property is simply unmatched! 10/10 would recommend!

Our stay was overall very comfortable and smooth. The space was so spacious with the bedroom separate to the kitchen and lounge area which made it a really nice space to be in. The house kept warmth very well which was great given how cold it was because of the ravaging winds. There was adequate heating too. The kitchen was really well equipped and easy to use. We fully enjoyed our stay here!

The house was very family friendly, great location and had all that you needed for a week away. Walkable to the beach and just back from the main strip meaning it was on a quiet street within easy access to amenities if needed. Rooms were a great size. Would highly recommend.

It was really great to stay at Lara's place, we had a lovely time. The place was very much as described, and even though it is next to KFC you simply don't notice it as the house is very private. It was set up really well too, and had games and books and even DVD's! And the location was great, super close to the town and very quite and peaceful. We were close to the various walks that we did do and were great. Lara was also a really responsive host which we really appreciated. Top marks, thanks again!!
