Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. Huset ligger avskilt från vårt hus. I huset bredvid vårt hus delar ni badrum med oss - toalett, dusch. The house has a sofa bed, kitchenette with sink, microwave, refrigerator and two hotplates. In the small house next to our house you share a bathroom with us - toilet, shower.
