This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

A&A is modern and attractive apartment for two person with AC in every room. It's situated 5-12 minutes walk from Old City, famous beach Banje and Cable car Dubrovnik. Nearby there are bus station, laundry service, two grocery shop, ATM, two caffe bar and bakery. Pretty much you can walk everywhere from the apartment. Please bear in mind that Dubrovnik is a city at the foot of the mountain Srđ, thus numerous steps and stairs are inevitable charm of the city.

With all amenities inside the apartment we made sure our two guests can have a relaxing stay whether it is by sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the sea, or inside the apartment under the AC gazing at the sea.
