Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Ideally located 40 km from Puy du Fou, 28 km from Nature Zoo and 2 km from the center of Moncoutant-Sur-Sèvre with all its shops. In summer, there is a Sunday morning market in Pescalis. On site; fishing, hiking and biking, mini golf, restaurant... nearby: go-karting, tree climbing, cinema...
