Holiday rentals with beach access in Mongaguá

Second time going to the site, I simply love it, the host is very responsible always responds. The apartment is better than in the pictures, close to everything. I'll come back more often.

The place was clean and very well arranged! Just two observations: the microwave did not work, it did not heat anything and there should be a small curtain on the kitchen window, since residents/neighbors pass by all the time. Other than that, everything was wonderful and well organized, very attentive and respectful hostess. We'll come back more often! 🩷

Dona Erinalva received us with great affection and kindness, she waited us patiently because we were late due to traffic. Very clean and organized apartment right in front of the sea. Our stay was wonderful. We felt at home!

Extremely quiet place, ideal for going with the family. They were incredible days, the building staff were super attentive and friendly. Mr. Ênio responded to the messages quickly and made the instructions clear. I went with my elderly mother and my young daughter, and they both enjoyed and loved everything. We are already planning to return soon ♥️

We loved the stay, the house is super comfortable, you can confirm the house is very cozy, we had a lot of children, the only thing that spoiled it was the rain, but the house is comfortable, it has a pool and a projector, lol, we even made a movie theater. The house is wonderful, very spacious, clear, ventilated, does not have that characteristic smell of beach house It was very clean, and there is everything we need, the pool is incredibly good, the pool water is warm, another very good point is that it is foot in the sand!! Our stay at the mermaid's house was amazing, Eduardo is an amazing host, extremely polite, helpful and friendly, he helped us a lot to get around the city. We had an amazing weekend in this house! The place is wonderful, super cozy, well decorated and very faithful to the photos on the website. Everything was impeccable! But what really made the difference was the reception of the hosts, Lívia and Vitor. My family and I felt well accommodated in the house. The accommodation is in a great place in the city, close to the beach and one of the main avenues (you can walk) and this was a very good thing for us. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and organized, as well as the other rooms. The garden is amazing and very cozy. Certainly a good deal for those who want to enjoy the beach in peace.

Beto was very quick to respond whenever we need to. The apartment served our stay very well. The building is well organized and the staff are very polite. The location is very easy and has a lot of nearby commerce. The beach has a great boardwalk for running and walking. Our gatitas loved the view from the balcony.
