My experience was exceptional! The location is great, with easy access to the main points of the city, with everything close by: markets, restaurants and transportation. The structure of the site is impeccable — comfortable, well decorated, clean and with all the necessary items for a quiet stay. The great differential, however, was Cristina's hospitality: always very cordial, attentive and proactive, ready to help with any need. Without a doubt, I recommend and would return with pleasure!

House with the personality of the residents, getting old and needing some touch-ups. We went as 3 adults, we used the 2 air-conditioned rooms. Bathrooms are okay, beds are comfortable. Good location for sightseeing, but we can't evaluate the structure on foot, as we did everything by car. We only missed TV (we got a whole day of rain) and microwave. But we were warned before the TV, and the internet worked super well.

Everything is literally wonderful, great apartment, an impeccable view, there is nothing to say, Carlos is always available for questions, Valeria who gave us the keys was super polite and was already waiting for us at the entrance, spacious apartment, all well accommodated, leisure area of the building is wonderful, the children enjoyed every space of the Condominium, pet space for my dog to play, people, the stay was sensational, I just have to thank you for the days we stayed, and soon we will be back for sure! Me and my family We spent four days of the Carnival holiday. The accommodation corresponds to the listing, everything working perfectly, air-conditioning and TV in all the bedrooms, kitchen utensils that serve perfectly well, very cozy barbecue area, beautiful view of the sunset, pool was clean every day. The building is well located, quiet neighborhood, a few minutes from the beach. Marcio always showed up and Fabi was very dear and attentive in all our lodging, always responding immediately. I highly recommend it.

I loved the stay. The apartment is very comfortable and equipped to meet the needs well, especially for those who travel in large groups like us (9 people). The location is excellent close to markets, pharmacy, restaurants, a few meters from Pintagueiras beach that won our heart.

Lica, as I told you on other occasions, I love your fit, it's great located and perfect for me and my family. I talked about the bathroom issue because it really is already small and adding the chair can be good for many people who rent but for us it was bad because it made the space smaller. Have some masonry have a look in the room, have some mould behind the bed, it smells strong. There must be some infiltration. On the first day we were served by Antonio, concierge people finissima, super polite and cordial enough with us, so much so that when we went to the market we brought a gift box for him. But on the other days, it returned the same as it had last year, extremely grumpy and unsympathetic. I really don't understand how the janitor keeps a person like him there yet. (or he's the janitor, I don't really know). Over the pressure cooker, I bought it from my heart, present for the wonderful moments I spend with my family there.

Bruno's place really has personality. A decoration that refers to moments and tastes of the family, making us feel close even without knowing them. Home-faced home. Air conditioners that freeze. Everything offered works properly. The checkin was super easy, the barbecue was impeccable. We have a good time. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Santos! The place was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The building felt very safe, and the apartment itself had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and great air conditioning. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly—they were always quick to respond and made check-in easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santos!

The house with a soap opera view, knows how to wake up and see the sea was so wonderful that you open the gate the sea was right in front of you, a super comfortable house with everything you needed even hairdryer had in the bathrooms the same hotel. Amazing Apartment. Super clean and bright, comfortable and clean bedding. It offers everything, towels, soaps is really complete and to go just to enjoy. Valéria is a sweetheart, responded quickly and helped me in everything until flexible check out. All impeccable. The only thing worth highlighting in the announcement is that I back room is very hot and we can't use it, I believe that an air or fan would solve the problem because the room is comfortable and has a bathroom, it can easily accommodate 2 people.
