Great stay and location was terrific!

Good place! Great location! We enjoyed the interesting decor and were able to walk daily to the Indiana Memorial Union. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, an iron and even a lint roller. Vintage full-length mirror. Comfortable bed. The keypad door lock worked perfectly every time and there's a nighttime light on the deck. (No worries: it doesn't shine in the bedroom.) The temperature was perfect, although the AC does have a short rattle when it shuts off. Quiet neighborhood. A couple of cautions though for someone who may have certain issues. With one side of the bed being under a lower ceiling and the entire bed on a platform, anyone not steady on their feet needs to be careful. Also, some items of the charming decor are dust magnets, impossible to clean, which could bother a person with that allergy. This explains my 4-star cleanliness rating. No dresser, but shelf space and hangers. Loved it!

Brian’s place was exactly what we hoped it would be for our trip to Brown County! Its close enough to get to things quickly, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet! We loved our time here and really loved the space!

We loved our stay here. It was quiet and private and literally minutes to downtown. The house was beautiful with lots of room to spread out. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay! Cool, unique, creative space with a large private deck. The location with off-street parking is convenient and easily walkable to town, campus, and whatever you may need. The hosts are flexible and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Alyssa's place was great. We were in town for graduation and the place was exactly what we needed. it was very clean. Only 5 minutes from downtown and campus. The exposed ceilings were not an issue at all, only heard a few footsteps from upstairs a couple of times and barely noticed. Would definitely stay here again.

As long as you don't need a kitchen or TV, this was the greatest place. I fully enjoyed staying there. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom/shower were great. The place is small, however all nicely remodeled. The it's very peaceful. I didn't hear traffic, etc., so I could unwind from my busy day. Also I really liked the coffee bar, it's a great touch.

Cindy is an amazing host. No message goes unanswered. Very polite, patient, respectful understanding and flexible. Knew it will be great just by my previous communication with her. Offered to be there the first day to welcome us and and show where we will stay. Overall a great experience especially coming from out of state to drop my child off for college. This definitely made is easy.

A group of 6 friends/family enjoyed the 2024 Solar Eclipse here. The location was peaceful and the setting was beautiful 5 adults and 1 child had plenty of space to spend time together (or apart) for the 2 days/nights we were there. The hosts were very friendly and available when needed. It was perfect for what we needed!

As advertised. Convenient and affordable for visits to IU and downtown, but far enough from student housing that it’s exceptionally quiet. Would recommend.

Our third stay--I cannot use enough superlatives. The space is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and equipped. To say it's immaculate is an understatement. Thoughtful touches like Q-tips and cotton balls, razors and a hair dryer in the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare simple meals. There's a range of coffee and tea pods with sweeteners and creamers ready to go. The bed is comfortable. And did I mention how clean the place is? Can't recommend this spot more strongly.

The apartment was cozy and comfortable, and it had everything we needed. I want to give special props to the bed - it was SO comfortable! We were so tired and sore from a long 14 hour drive so it was wonderful to sleep in such a comfy bed after the long trip. We would definitely recommend staying with Andrew and Amy, they were wonderful hosts and were always helpful and responsive.

We were in town for graduation and Nejla’s place was great. A short distance to the university and ceremonies and a great alternative to the high priced hotel rooms. Her place was clean and cute. She was responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!
