SUPER Spacious remodeled home. The accommodations have all the comforts of home. Very private, warm and comfortable eclectic decor. Separate living, dining, family and eat-in-kitchen: equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and pots and pans. Wide stairway leads to 2nd level with 3 bdroom and 1 bathroom shower/tub combination. Additional space in the attic! HUGE Outdoor/Backyard Space. Ample PARKING. Easy place to stay at Sun House. This residence is a house shared by artists and is great for other artists, travelers, or musicians. You get a private room with access to a shared bathroom and use of public areas in the home (living room, dining room, porch, kitchen). Sun House is home to two very friendly cats - they will likely want to befriend you. Plenty of off street parking is available. Close to the airport, University of Rochester, and a few minutes from downtown.

Conveniently located in the south wedge with walking access to downtown rochester, Genesee River Trail, and surrounding hospitals. Grocery store, bars, and restaurants are located within a block. The apartment features two floors with tall ceilings, in unit laundry, full kitchen, and a large entertaining area. Great for traveling nurses! The neighborhood is quiet and there are two parks conveniently located on either side of the building. Great for pets!

Gregory’s place was great for our family and 2 dogs. We stayed in both units and there was plenty of room. Place was clean and comfortable. Great location. Greg was a responsive host. We will definitely stay here on a future trip to visit family in Rochester.

Gregory was a great host . Everything we needed was there for us . He even went out of his way to bring us the BBQ grill . We went while it was still winter so it’s usually stored during that time . The house was clean , comfortable and directly across the street from Lake Ontario . Very quiet neighborhood with allot to do around you that’s walking distance . I highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a relaxing peaceful experience with a great host ..
