This peaceful space has a private entrance, brand new king size bed, bathroom & 50" smart tv across from a private university. The Carriage House

This Carriage house sits in the back yard of the main house on this property. This property dates back 120 + years and is in excellent condition. It is a little piece of Aurora's history located right off our town square. The house can sleep 4, however I would say best suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. There is not a door between the bedroom and living room.
