Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Monserrat

Hermosa casa. Super espaciosa. Luminosa. Privada. Buena presión de agua. Camas cómodas. La estufa, el jardín, las plantas, todo para sentirse como en casa. Volveré.

Pasamos una gran estadía en familia, el lugar es tal cual se ve en las fotos, está equipado con todo lo que necesita una familia. Fueron flexible con el ingreso y la salida, la comunicación fue excelente. Claro que volveremos y recomendaremos el alojamiento.

Fantastic location, great house, very comfortable. Lots of great restaurants within a short walk. Our party of 6 really enjoyed the space. The pool table was a hit! Would definitely stay again the next time we are in Buenos Aires!

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

The house is a typical Buenos Aires house, with all the pros and cons of an old house. Mike was a very friendly and responsive host, and every time something was needed he attended quickly.

This house exceeds expectations. Having a pool right in the middle of the incredible Palmermo neighborhood felt too good to be true. The house is enormous and filled with hang-out spaces inside and out. Six colleagues stayed in private rooms comfortably for a week, and had group meetings in the various rooms. Sherrine was chill and super-helpful.

Amazing stay!!! I highly recommend Lucas's place. Perfect location, walkable everywhere, gorgeous home, high ceilings (the place is bigger than in photos when it is usually the opposite!!!) And the patio is AMAZING! Spent so much time up there. Spent a full month and could truly have moved there. The only thing I would note is the stairs going up to the balcony dont have a railing (brutalist style which I really liked, never felt unsafe) so if you have little kids or have poor balance that may be a safety risk. Otherwise no issues!

Muy linda casa, cómodo vivir con niños. Estaba situada cerca del subte, practico! Nos gustó mucho la casa.

Recomiendo este alojamiento al 100 %. Cerca de todo lo necesario y algunas zonas turísticas de Buenos Aires. Luciano siempre estuvo pendiente y flexible con todas nuestras peticiones, ubicación increíble , lugar seguro, todos muy amables en el edificio, seguridad todo el día en recepción, todo coincidía con las fotos, es un departamento muy lindo la pasamos muy felices y a gusto todo muy limpio y agradable, estamos muy agradecidas con Luciano y nuestra hermosa estadía en Buenos Aires.

WOW what an incredibly special property. We truly enjoyed our stay in the historically signigificant Cupola home- from family dinners, board games, movie nights, wine on the Terrace, and maybe even a family dance party or 2 in the cupola ;) it’s been nothing short of fantastic. We had 3 adults and 2 kids, 9 and 11. It is conveniently located on a busy street in Palermo, which as noted in other reviews can be noisy - we use sounds machines to sleep so it was no issue! We also didn’t mind the stairs in the unit to balance out our weekly alfajor intake ;) Our 11 year old enjoyed the loft room and our 9 year old enjoyed the bunk bed room. I took zooms for work from the kitchen table and the wifi signal was great. Chris who provides cleaning services was lovely, and appeared with local pastries ie media Luna’s and flowers for us. Truly a special and unique property ! Highly recommend, it made our stay in BA extra special.

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was very nice and had all the things we needed for a longer stay. The internet connection was fast and worked good for home office. Great location in Palermo with lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. Wolf was friendly, helpful and responded quickly to all questions during the stay.

verdaderamente una ubicación muy buena, accesible a muchos medios de transporte muchos lugares para almorzar y desayunar. El departamento es genial ,muy completo lo que hace una estadía cómoda para cocinar y desayunar.

I stayed for a month and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Mariano is a very good host and helped me out with anything I needed. The location is excellent. In an safe and interesting neighborhood with many excellent restaurant's and cafes nearby but still quiet. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

El sitio es bonito, la ubicación es magnífica, queda al frente del parque Chacabuco el cual es muy bonito y con una zona insuperable, lo mejor de todo Javier como anfitrión, ha sido el mejor anfitrión que hemos tenido en años, muchas gracias por todo.

Excelente ubicacion, por cercania a puntos turisticos y de paradas de transporte publico que te llevan a otros puntos de la ciudad. El departamento muy comodo Todo impecable.

We were absolutely blown away by this incredible home. Located in the heart of San Telmo, this 19th-century house is full of history, charm, and character. The high ceilings, grand spaces, and unique blend of antique architecture with contemporary art make it truly unforgettable. Every room is beautifully decorated and includes its own bathroom. The garden is simply breathtaking, lush, expansive, and peaceful. The 25-meter pool and gym made it feel like a private oasis in the middle of the city. What truly made our stay special were the lovely hosts. They live in a separate little house on the property and were the perfect combination of discreet, friendly, and helpful. Always smiling and willing to assist if needed, without ever intruding. We came with the whole family and had an amazing time. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience something magical in Buenos Aires!

Nuestra estadía fue genial. La casa es tal cual la descripción y las fotos. Un lugar cómodo y agradable para unos días de tranquilidad. Catalina fue muy amable y atenta siempre a cualquier consulta. Muy recomendable

La casa es divina!!! muy grande y cómoda, ambientes espaciosos, patio y pileta muy grandes, todo en general excelente y muy cómodo. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. Disfrutamos la casa, el patio y la pileta en familia y pasamos unos días hermosos. La casa es tal cual las fotos y la descripción y agradezco a Federico y su esposa por su calidez, amabilidad y predisposición. Realmente es una casa divina y nos encantó alojarnos ahí con mi familia. No tuvimos ningún tipo de inconveniente. La zona es muy tranquila. Voy a recomendar este alojamiento y si tengo oportunidad voy a volver.

La casa está súper bien ubicada, es sumamente amplia y las áreas sociales como sala y comedor son muy acogedoras. Es una casa antigua y como tal hay que verla, pero vale la pena por los espacios y la cantidad de habitaciones es. Mejorando un par de cosas quedaría de lujo. Candela me respondió cada vez que le escribía y nos ayudó muchísimo en todo. Atención 10!

A casa é linda , mobiliada com extremo bom gosto. Muito confortável . Com uma maravilhosa vista para o Lago. Passamos dias super agradáveis com a familia.

Juan y Agustina fueron muy amables y estuvieron a disposicion en todo momento. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. La propiedad es incluso mejor que las imagenes, esta completamente equipada y ambientada con mucho amor. Definitivamente recomendable.
