Mas hermoso que en las fotos, muy comodo, muy buenos con los horarios para llegar antes, lo zona es linda no hubo ningun problema y los ruidos no eran molestos.

Se nos canceló el Buquebus, por lo que reservé y le escribí cerca de las 15hs. La casa ya estaba lista, y para las 17:30hs ya nos estaba esperando para recibirnos, un verdadero crack. La casa es excelente. El barrio es precioso pero la casa está en la mejor cuadra para mi gusto. Por dentro es una casa excepcional. Tres plantas de amplia habitaciones, techos altos y equipada al extremo detalle y con un gusto impecable. Nos sentimos como en nuestra casa pero con un lujo increíble. Recomiendo 100%.

An absolutely gorgeous house in one of the nicest areas of Buenos Aires. I think the house is even better than described and the photos! Also, Yanina was super responsive, helpful and really kind. Definitely would stay again if I’m back in BA!

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

Seba’s place was great. Two blocks from Palermo SOHO - the cutest area in Buenos Aires. So many cafes, restaurants, and boutiques to choose from. There is a great park for kids to play and markets every weekend. The furniture in the home is incredibly comfortable. The beds were divine! We really enjoyed the architectural layout of the space and felt very safe. Seba was extremely helpful and friendly to work with.

Fantastic stay in Palermo - apartment is full of character with spectacularly high ceilings and equipped with everything we needed. Location is excellent and would definitely stay again. Neil made check in and check out a breeze. Highly recommend.

Hermoso departamento!! Realmente es más lindo de lo que se ve en las fotos, se nota la dedicación en cada detalle de la decoración y de la limpieza. El edificio es viejo y creo que eso lo hace aún más pintoresco... muy San Telmo! El lugar brilla, huele rico, es super tranquilo y la ducha caliente. La zona es perfecta para conocer Bs. As. a pie o en transporte público (tenés todas las líneas de colectivos y el subte en Plaza de Mayo, a 4 cuadras). La Feria de San Telmo del domingo (a una cuadra) es bellísima; hay lugares donde se come muy rico, como el Mercado de San Telmo. El lugar es perfecto!! Como detalle a tener en cuenta, quizás para una persona corpulenta el baño puede resultarle muy pequeño (no fue nuestro caso). Por último, y no menos importante: Analía es una gran anfitriona, muy amable y generosa; estuvo siempre dispuesta para flexibilizar el horario de check-in y check-out; respondió inmediatamente a cada mensaje y estuvo atenta a todo. Estamos muy agradecidas!!

Todo muy agradable y limpio, los anfitriones fueron bastante atentos y nos ayudaron, nuestro vuelo se demoró más de lo esperado y llegamos tarde en la noche, nos esperaron para entrar al apartamento y fueron bastante formales.

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

Nestled neatly in between San Telmo overlooking the canals and Puerto Madero, a very choice neighborhood full of government buildings and completely safe. Sunrises in the distance over Rio de la Plata will be missed when you leave. This apartment is new (everything works wonderfully) and in a doorman building. Segundo is precisely what you hope for in a host, always available without ever imposing. This was truly a wonderful experience.

O apartamento é melhor do que na foto! Nos surpreendemos demais! Tinha tudo que precisávamos para ficar todos os dias, cozinha completinha para refeições rápidas. A cordialidade do Nacho que nos recebeu foi espetacular, sempre respondeu rápido.

Excelente acomodação, atendeu as expectativas. Próximo de vários pontos turísticos, restaurantes e transporte público. A anfitriã, Vicky, sempre respondeu rapidamente e foi flexível com horários.

Excelente opción de alojamiento. Se encuentra muy bien ubicado, fácil acceso al transporte público y a algunos minutos caminando del Obelisco. Muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión. Recomendado 😊

El depto muy bonito, vale la pena principalmente por las vistas pero quizás en relación precio calidad está alto. La atención muy buena. Para turistas seguro es algo util por la ubicación tan céntrica.

Primero señaló la extraordinaria actitud de Grisel, desde la reserva me contacto y me apoyo con instrucciones precisas, me permitió llegar unas horas antes y nos recibió para explicarnos y mostrarnos el departamento. El departamento es grande y cómodo, el baño muy cómodo, la calefacción funciona a la perfección y tiene un pequeño balcón que permite relajarse. Tiene un instructivo unico con una descripción detallada de todos los servicios cercanos con recomendaciones. En fin nos encantó. Altamente recomendable. Por último olvide mis lentes y Grisel ya los ubico y ya nos coordinamos. Muy buen lugar.
