Old house from the early 19th century, recently restored. With all the amenities of modern construction, but preserving the original features. It belonged to a family of farmers from the village of Negrões, municipality of Montalegre. With the construction of the Alto Rabagão dam, and unable to carry out their activity, this family headed to Boticas and acquired this beautiful house and its lands to continue the agricultural activity, namely the cultivation of the vineyard.

Its location allows for maximum privacy and tranquility to enjoy the existing natural landscape.
