Very cute little town apartment, really close to the center and a stone's throw from the beach. The little extra is the pleasant terrace with curtains to shelter from the sun. We had a pleasant stay and the host responded very quickly

Very nice, very bright apartment, in the very center of Royan (we were happy to be there when the weather was dreary! it was convenient). It's easy to park nearby in April. Well equipped apartment and very nice bathroom. The double key is always appreciated in the absence of a lockbox. Very nice host.

We had a pleasant stay at Émilie and Jean-Marc's. They were welcoming and available. The accommodation is as described, very well furnished, and very clean. The outdoor area is simply splendid, a perfect setting for relaxation, ideal for recharging your batteries. Special mention to the pool, which is a significant asset. We'll be happy to go back!

An excellent base. Stunning views and very comfortable for two and a small dog. The location and surrounding area are beautiful and a great village centre.

Carle took care of us by making sure to keep the studio cool for our arrival. Functional studio with a terrace for lunch with a sea view. We had a good weekend between walking and swimming.

We had a lovely time staying at the little place. We didn't miss anything and felt comfortable. Isabelle and her husband were very helpful and we could reach them very easily if we had questions. A great place to stay, from which you can experience the area well.

Everything went excellently well for our stay! The accommodation was nice, quiet and rather cool in the heatwave. I recommend it.

La Casita and Violeta allowed us to have a wonderful stay , Violeta is really very welcoming and full of beautiful intentions , with the delivery of breakfast! And small confectionery and welcome drinks very very nice , thank you again for everything , the location close to the port and the beach is really great , in addition to the availability of bicycles Bravo Violeta , it's 5 stars!

Very welcoming host, Jessica was able to listen and answer our questions, she advised us on places to visit and was great!! The accommodation was very clean when we arrived, small but warm so it didn't bother the size, for 2 people it was very good. She remained available for if we had any issues, and told us not to hesitate. Very nice as a person, smiling and solar, a pleasure to have met our hostess. Thanks for everything Jessica!! 😁

Great stay in this amazing house, in a great location.

The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is very well located while being quiet. It is a perfect base for discovering the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also excellent quality! Finally, the communication of the entry and departure procedures was very clear.

We had a great time with friends. The house is very well located between the seafront and all the shops in the village. Charming place, the heated pool is a plus. We recommend it.

We had a wonderful week in the nice cosy House of Stephane. It is very central in Lacanau, so that you can walk to beaches, restaurants, Shops and Cafés. The Pool is fantastic. Frederic was very friendly and always available if you need something. Thank you

Excellent option for discovering Soulac with the family! Brigitte greeted us personally at 11 a.m. and let us leave in the afternoon the next day. She did everything to be nice to us and the house is very well arranged and clean, with everything you need to cook. We didn't enjoy the garden but it's very cozy. I recommend it!

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Jenifer's accommodation has been renovated with great taste. The amenities are also as qualitative and numerous as a main house: hair dryer, washing machine, oven, kettle, in short, everything is there. you can access the beach in 2 minutes by bike, 5 minutes on foot, happiness.

We had a very nice time at Amandine and Jerome's place! They are great hosts and even had a welcome gift for us. The location of the apartment is perfect - right next to a good surf school on the beach. For us, it was absolutely perfect for surfing, we could leave the surfboards on the terrace. We liked to eat on the terrace. It was very clean and we felt completely comfortable. The supermarket and bakery are not far away and there are good restaurants in Lacanau-Ocean.

Perfect location for this beachfront accommodation. Comfort is at the rendezvous. Photos are accurate to the listing. We greatly enjoyed our weekend. We would recommend this listing with your eyes closed

Really beautiful location in a quiet area, direcly at the ocean, would definitely recomand, we spent a lovely time there!

Very pleasant stay with friends. The cottage is as described and as shown in the photos. The sofa bed is rather comfortable for a 3rd person and the outdoor space is a real plus. Located about a 20-minute walk from the train station and the city center, a pleasant walk as a pedestrian. The nearest beach is just a few minutes' walk away, with access to the beautiful terrace of Café Baine. Valérie was super responsive and very friendly. Thank you for everything 🙏

Very nice studio, everything was very well thought out, very nice decoration, very well maintained and very clean accommodation. In short, everything is perfect and the view is magical. The owners are super welcoming.

The accommodation is faithful to the listing and very good! Ideally located in Soulac, this studio is perfect for spending a few days on the coast. I recommend it!
