Our house was a vineyard property. We propose two large rooms in an independant building. In each room you will find one double bed (160x200) and two single beds (90x200), a tea set, a hair dryer, armchairs, private wc and shower. If you like old stonework and green countryside, vineyards and chateaux, you will enjoy our place. We offer a delicious breakfast with home made pastries, yoghurts and marmelades, local cheeses and fruits.... Beaune is only 30 mn drive, the "Canal du Centre" is 5 km from here, the Château of Couches 3km, winemakers will welcome you in the village or in the villages arround. We will give you our best addresses for visits, restaurants and wines ! Free wireless connexion in each room.

55m2 single-storey gîte located on the ground floor of our house, a 17th century Bastide in the heart of the vineyards. Classified 4 stars, refurbished in 2020. Quiet environment with large garden and pergola. Activities around : Solutré, Azé caves, Cluny and its abbey, circuit of Romanesque churches, castles of Cormatin, Pierreclos and Berzé le Châtel... In the village: small shops, hiking, wine tasting... Motorways, RCEA and train stations 15 minutes away. Parties not allowed.

You will find calm and serenity in this accommodation close to nature with outdoor spaces to relax with views of the Dheune Valley. This cottage is located 4 km from Santenay les Bains, which hosts a thermal center with aqua relaxation area and a summer swimming pool. Tourist and gastronomic region between Saône-et-Loire and Côte d'Or: many activities including cycling on the greenways (at the bottom of the village). We are 20 minutes from Beaune and 45 minutes from Dijon.

This spacious 18th century mill combines charm and modern comfort: dining room with open kitchen of 75 m2, veranda of 30 m2, garden of 1000 m2 with pond and waterfall, ping pong table, trampoline and barbecue. Equipped with air conditioning, sauna, jacuzzi, 4k video projector. No parties, respect the quiet after 11 p.m., subletting prohibited. You will be on the edge of the wine route and at the start of many walks and hikes, both on foot and by bike.

Le Garochet house, Ecurie cottage - pool, hot tub

Cottage with pool and Nordic bath. This cottage was a stable completely transformed into a cottage. From the kitchen and dining room you have a view of the Arroux and Loire valleys. On the horizon, you can see the Massif Central. The cottage is located on a 4-hectare natural estate (Maison Le Garochet). You have access to the pool and Nordic bath (to share with our second cottage during the summer). In the area, many relaxation areas have been created.

Gîte des Grandes Terres, La Motte-Saint-Jean, Burgundy.

This old sheepfold has been renovated with an ecological approach (lime wall, hemp insulation and cellulose wadding, tiles on lime slab, etc.) Your well-being is guaranteed. The site is extremely quiet but not isolated and must remain so (especially after 10 p.m. to respect the neighborhood). To prevent rates from rising too much, cleaning and sheets are left to the tenants' choice. These are options and are therefore not included in the base rate.

On the mountain Haut Folin, on the edge of the forest, there is a wooden cottage... Our chalet is stylishly decorated and offers all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. The equipped terrace with panoramic views of the natural surroundings give you the feeling of freedom and space. It is a paradise for hikers, cyclists and peace seekers where every season has its advantages.

Small Cottage in the vineyards with pool

On the outskirts of the Maranges Valley, on the road to Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay, this charming little comfortable cottage with mezzanine and wood-burning stove overlooks the gardens of the vineyard-lined property. A small swimming pool with stunning views of the valley is available to visitors. Not suitable for children under 12.
