House holiday rentals in Montclair

This was our second stay at Peacefield and it was just as wonderful this time. We enjoyed the pool everyday. The house has a lot to do. The home is peaceful and relaxing just what you want for a girl's weekend getaway! Barbara is always responsive if you have a question.

Connie’s place was great! Looked just like the photos. The house was clean and in a great area. Nice and friendly neighbors. We enjoyed the community beaches that are super close, clean and dog friendly. It was a prefect weekend trip. We would book here again!

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The layout was perfect for spending quality time together while still giving everyone space to unwind. Private beach access made it even more special—we made great memories, met some lovely neighbors, and even had a chance to paddle board and spot a stingray! Huge shout-out to Leigh, our amazing host—so thoughtful, responsive, and kind. We’re so grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was such a wonderful home! As other reviewers said, lots of room for a big group to spread out. We had 8 guests. (6 adults and two kids) We explored Harpers Ferry and enjoyed hiking the Maryland Heights Trail. We felt absolutely comfortable hanging at this serene house for our mornings and evenings. Cooked most of our meals, played billiards, sang karaoke, and enjoyed the plunge pool. We had an epic round of hide and go seek. Great interior design and lots of space to spread out for quiet time, and many perfect reading nooks. Thanks Leigh, for being so responsive and friendly!

We had a wonderful family reunion here with 3 generations. Each family had their own private space but there was tons to do on the property together as well. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and made sure we were comfortable and happy! We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked, too.

Our family had beautiful weather on our vacation! Everything was as described, Mary & Shelly thought of everything. We would highly recommend.

A group of four of us stayed over a weekend for the LIV golf tournament is Gainesville, VA. The house was pretty easy to find and located in a great central area. Directions to the house and check in instruction were clear. The home was clean and everything worked well. It felt like a mix of an old homey cabin with modern features. The overlook of Lake Jackson makes for a peaceful and calm atmosphere. Each morning we enjoyed a cup of coffee while overlooking the lake and listening the wildlife. Even saw a few bald eagles flying over the lake. Overall, our stay was great and Karen was helpful and responsive with any questions/requests we had. 5 out of 5 would stay again.

We stayed at Jennifer's place when we came down for my son's graduation at Quantico. It was so convenient to be so close to all the activities that were held on the base. Her place was clean and accurately depicted in the listing. Jennifer was very responsive and quick to suggest solutions to any of our questions. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at her place again in the future.

Great place, clean and excellent price point! Located in a great neighborhood,close to restaurants and local shopping, this place is perfect. Spacious living room, perfect bedroom and the bathroom was spacious and extremely clean. I will be staying there again

The spacious apartment is a perfect retreat. Parking spot, plush couch, comfortable bed, workspace, nice bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Everything I needed!

I booked this beautiful home for a personal getaway for myself and my dog. The location was perfect. It’s beautifully nestled in the woods. They have maximized the beauty and landscape of the property. Every detail within the house is beautifully curated and thoughtfully laid out and planned to include the ability to bring your pet and also ensure that you are able to clean up after your pet very easily. The deck tub was fabulous! It’s both hot and cold, so in the 100 degree weather, the cold tub was amazing. I can’t wait to visit again!

Aquia Creek Lodge was beautiful and peaceful. Our host (Hunter) was very communicative and the home matched its description. My family stayed at Aquia Creek Lodge while we laid my father to rest at Quantico National Cemetery and the home provided a perfect place to gather with family. The setting was gorgeous and peaceful, the house was tidy and the kitchen was well equipped. I would definitely recommend this home for rental.

The host is an incredibly kind and welcoming lady who went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed and more. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood and felt like a true home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and you can tell she really cares about her guests having a great stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pablo’s home! It was clean and in a quiet area and location was close to the historic downtown area. The beds were super comfortable and the house was cozy. My mom accidentally locked us out on the back patio while we were drinking coffee and Pablo was super quick to respond and let us back in. I highly recommend this quiet home if you are in the area.

Top notch location and home. We loved staying there and will be back.
