Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region of France where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Loft (*** 64 m2 apartment for 2 people) is on the first floor of the barn with a mesmerising view of the valley in front. It has been newly renovated and is very spacious thanks to its lofty concept. Apart from the kitchen, dining and living space, a king-size bed and a bathroom, in summer you enjoy a yard and the lap pool.

Built in the 18th century, the dovecote of the hamlet of Rendier in FONTANES is completely restored in keeping with the architecture; this dovecote is a typical construction of Quercy Blanc. On the ground floor, you will have a 120 x 80 shower, a sink and a toilet, on the 1st floor, a living room with 2 armchairs and a TV is at your disposal, and on the 2nd floor, you can enjoy a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed. To relax, you will have access to the swimming pool and a 3000 M2 lot.

A fully equipped kitchen is available to cook your meals and will be shared with the other 2 guest rooms. Breakfast will be served from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Guests can enjoy a fenced, green and landscaped garden with parking and relaxation areas.
