Christiane's apartment is in a beautiful location and is well placed for visiting numerous attractions in the Lot and the Dordogne. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. Christiane was a superb hostess. She gave us a very warm welcome, explained everything to us carefully and was extremely helpful. I can wholeheartedly recommend both Christiane and her apartment.

Great location for exploring the region, nice hosts, cozy apartments. There is only one place to eat in town, a restaurant that seems to be very popular, make sure to book in advance.

Excellent welcome from the owners very attentive and responsive. Ruxandra's hearty lunches even dropped us homemade doughnuts.

We had a wonderful stay - one of the nicest properties we have stayed at in France (and we have been to quite a few!) The photos don’t do the house justice - both the inside and outside of this property are delightful and allowed our big group their own space when they wanted it. It is in the most peaceful location with stunning views from every angle of the house and garden. The extra high chairs and cots were greatly appreciated and the little ones loved watching the deer, squirrels as rabbits in the garden and the surrounding fields. John and Sarah were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had prior to our stay - I very much hope we will have the opportunity to come back to the house in the future.

On a business trip, Nadia was very welcoming and understanding. The place is quiet and relaxing. The house is easy to access, comfortable room, easy and convenient parking.

Nice stop on a short motorbike hike. Great tips for not missing anything from the pretty villages in the area. Hedonistic breakfast and a very nice friendly exchange.

We really enjoyed our stay. Christophe was very friendly and we enjoyed our visit with him on the terrace. A nice breakfast was provided that we really appreciated. We were able to park our motorcycle right in the enclosed yard. Thank you to Christophe and his wife for sharing their lovely space!

Great stay!Ramona is very welcoming and particularly attentive. The carefully furnished bedroom and bathroom are very comfortable. The breakfast consisting of homemade products is really delicious! I would definitely stay again!

We had an exceptional stay, Paul and Daniel were lovely hosts, full of good advice and always ready to book restaurants or activities. Breakfast was delicious and the house is divine. To be booked without a second thought!

We were only there one night and can't report much. The room was really nice, tastefully decorated and clean. There is nothing to complain about in the kitchen. Breakfast was good and sufficient. And the communication worked well, even though we don't speak French. The hosts are clearly making an effort to make their guests as comfortable as possible. We have already had many good experiences on our bike tour from the Mediterranean coast to the Atlantic. Here's another one.

Big negative point! The coffee was terrible, we should have, from a comment below, had tea instead. 🤣 This is obviously a joke on our part to make the point about comments that are useless, hurtful and above all free. Unfortunately, we are part of a world where people look for small insignificant things just for fun... This little surprise weekend was a pure moment of relaxation in a charming setting, tastefully, impeccably clean and provided with appreciable meals for the taste buds as well as for our personal cultures in a beautiful setting. Laëtitia and Thierry are people full of life, adorable, cultured, funny and unfailing kindness and we sincerely thank them for this very pleasant moment spent in their company and will be happy to come back. Very nice room on a quiet property. Kathy is a thoughtful host who welcomed us with great hospitality. The room is well decorated and the amenities are as described. The bedding is of very good quality. Gourmet and varied breakfast. Always good advice that allowed us to discover unusual places or good places to eat, thanks to Phillipe too. We were hosted very well and will be happy to go back.

We stayed one night at this cottage. The place is very quiet. The estate is located in the forest: the road to get there is very beautiful. The buildings are typical of the area, very well renovated. The estate is pretty, well planted. The interior is very well renovated, tastefully. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious. The welcome is warm. We talked a lot with the host and it was friendly, rewarding. A pleasant time. Breakfast is very good: either "classic" or with local products. I highly recommend this cottage.

We had a great time at Mathilde and Martin's place. The place is sublime, the house very warm. The common areas are very, very pleasant to live in, you almost feel in nature while cooking. The huge table invites for long discussions with the different hosts of the house. It's modern, welcoming, soothing, bright, friendly. We were with our one-year-old baby. She was able to frolic everywhere in complete tranquility. Everything was provided to host children. Thank you! And it was a nice meeting with Martin and Mathilde. You managed to do a very nice project of this house, well done! To summarize: we spent our stay wondering who we'll be coming back to spend a week or two with. We loved it so much that it already makes you want to come back! Looking forward to it!

Very pleasant, quiet environment, allowing you to enjoy everything you want. Very welcoming hosts, accommodating, good recommendations. Quality accommodation. Breakfast with local products. Perfect.

The house and vast gardens could not have been more beautiful! The manor house has a chateau on either side of it. The Magnolia Room was luxurious with windows all around and pretty views from each one. We had the run of the gardens and most of the house; Sarah and Glenn were friendly and helpful. There are great walks and drives from the house. Autoire is small and charming, in glorious countryside. In cold weather the house was chilly, and I lacked drawers or shelves to put away clothes, although I had hanging space. I especially enjoyed strolling in the flowery garden, watching the birds fly over the stream, and petting the donkeys.

Jane, Duncan and their son Lorne are amazing. So friendly and kind and so helpful. Helped with translations on the phone, were great to chat with but also give us our space. This place is a gem. One of the most beautiful views we’ve seen. Thanks so much!

We had a wonderful stay at Aurélia & Julien's in Autoire. The mansion is beautiful, the village delightful, the waterfall very beautiful! We enjoyed the warm welcome, the aesthetics of the place, the welcome pool in August as well as the recommendations of our hosts (favorite for restaurants: Ernestine and Philia's Trip). We will be happy to stay in the beautiful Leda room!
