Very nice place. The terrasse is perfect. The host is very friendly and the beach is very convenient for a swim at the end of the day. We really liked it but it’s a bit on the expensive side compare to other places we rented in Sardinia. I guess it is due to the beach proximity .

Casa Daniella is an impeccable accommodation, very well maintained and pleasant to live in. The quality of the equipment and furnishings adds a plus to the stay. We had a great stay at Claudio's apartment. The apartment was even better than the pictures! Everything is very clean, new, spacious, and functional. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, and in the morning we had breakfast on the balcony with sea views... Exchanges with Claudio were very smooth. Recommended +++

Very clean, functional and comfortable apartment to live in. It is also very well located for visiting Cagliari and enjoying the beautiful beaches of Chia. Only downside the very industrial environment of its location but it is worth going beyond!

This is one of these houses where everything feels just right. It's located right on the border of a small city, slightly elevated in a non-touristic neighbourhood. The house is actually detached from all sides. We very much enjoyed the way the terraces, outdoors and indoors were tastefully configured. All equipment you'd need, was there. Check-in was great and we were allowed to enter early, and the place was very clean. The only thing that would need some renewal, is the air conditioning. We missed an air conditioner in the second bedroom (so a fan had to be on all night and doors open, to forward cool air) and the units are also older models (non-inverter) which are less quiet and only have a compressor which switches on or off. Another drawback would be the nearby oil refinery, which does produce some smell late at night or early in the morning. A big plus is also the supermarket across the street, which has excellent quality products.
