Appartement en duplex en plein cœur de la vieille ville de Cagliari, dans le quartier de stampace. Petite rue calme et colorée à proximité de la zone commerçante et du port. Logement entièrement neuf, rénové par une agence d’architecture parisienne. Grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine ouverte, très lumineux et vue sur la vieille ville. It is very private, by the sea, with direct access to the Cala Bernat beach, passing through the rocks. The hills behind show breathtaking views and ancient monuments, perfect for trekking or mountain biking. Near the house 3 excellent restaurants. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.
