This place is located very near the beach and has been newly remodeled. Great place to stay and a lot of restaurants nearby.

We found this property by chance and were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really fantastic Host, when we arrived he gave us all the relevant information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, all completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and beach facility included definitely makes the stay even more enjoyable. In addition to these great strengths is the centrality of the apartment really convenient for everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking at most 5 minutes, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the town center. A really fantastic solution. Highly recommended

A stunning location right on the beach with beautiful views from the terrace. The house was very comfortable and well equipped and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing break. Angelica was very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back again!

We are traveling with a 3 year old kid and were looking for a nice place for the whole family to stay in Fano for a week. Stefano made our stay here just great! Stefano was very helpful during check-in and check-out time, he met us for an early check-in and was super flexible with the late checkout as well. This was very convenient for us and much appreciated! Location is great- an easy walk to the beach (where Stefano have arranged sunbeds and umbrellas for all of us), and a short walk to the downtown too! the place has parking space for the car, and includes breakfast options, which we used daily. Overall it was a beautiful experience, our family gad a great time here!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house which had everything we needed. Sirola is a wonderful town with amazing views, restaurants and beaches. We were able to completely relax and enjoy ourselves.

We had a really pleasant stay in this apartment in Sirolo. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the historic center, convenient for reaching everything on foot. The accommodation was clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. A great added value is the private parking, very convenient in an area where finding a place can be complicated. Silvia was always available and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended!

Leonardo was incredibly quick to respond and helpful. The apartment is beautiful with amazing views of the surrounding area. Although we visited in November I’m sure it would be an amazing summer place when warmer and sunnier. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed Marco’s beautiful house! We were really impressed by the house, the outdoor area, the surroundings and the peace and quiet. The swimming pool was amazing! Bigger than the pictures! The house was superclean, so beautiful decorated with rare art and nice furniture! The house and the outdoor area was even better than the pictures! Marco and his wife is super friendly and answers quickly to any questions you may have! Highly recommended place to rent! Would definitely go back! Thank you Marco for being so nice!

Cristina's welcome (Marco's mom) was spotless, the accommodation clean, quite well-equipped (except for the absence of microwave) and the children's playground/pool are great. The accommodation is 2km from the sea, in a quiet atmosphere and a beautiful setting.

Guicy is a new host she says, you could not tell! She welcomes you in a very pleasant way, knows the area well a gave us great suggestions for sightseeing, food. The appartement is beautiful, almost new. Up on a hill where, when you walk a little you get a beautiful seaview. We recommend it fullharted.

Casina is a characteristic and comfortable accommodation in the heart of Porto Recanati. The house is spread across three floors, furnished with care and equipped with all amenities. A few steps from the house, both the promenade with beach establishments and restaurants, and the center of Porto Recanati with all the services at your fingertips. Ideal for those like us who were on vacation with small children: you can move very well on foot and the evening ZTL guarantees tranquility and safety. If you then want to take a tour of the beautiful Marche hinterland (Recanati, Loreto, etc.), everything is easily accessible. Alessandro is a very kind, attentive and always super helpful host: a holiday with bows, we were divinely!

A really nice place, we were able to enjoy our stay very much. The house is quietly located in the countryside and has a great garden that you can enjoy both day and night. We were able to have a lot of fun in the pool and at the same time did not have to worry so much about our child, as the pool edge is nice and high and could not climb or fall alone. The house is tastefully designed and very spacious. It's only a few minutes drive to the nearest beach and there are also many other places to go nearby. Fabio, the manager, and also the owners themselves were very friendly and immediately on hand when we needed help. Thanks! :-)

Beautiful nature and area, wonderful pool that was cleaned often! Private yard and really neat apartment. Simone always responded quickly to messages and was very friendly and flexible! Everything went brilliantly and my friends and I had a great time.

Our family (ages 3-66) had a wonderful week staying at Giorgio's villa. The villa is even more stunning in real life and we were blown away by the style, cleanliness and location. The pool is amazing. Our kids loved it. The villa is so private which made it even more perfect! Giorgio is a perfect host. We didn't finish at the airport until 9.30pm and then it was an hours drive and Giorgio waited up for us and guided us to the villa. He was incredibly kind and friendly and communication was easy and helpful. We would definitely come back and are so grateful to have experienced an amazing week in Altidona in a beautiful home. Thank you Giorgio for being so helpful with recommendations to cafes/restaurants. See you next year!

We had a great time at Villagio Tibiceco. The apartment is simple, but clean. You can hear the street, highway and train, but the monotonous noises did not bother us. The view on the slope is magnificent. The beach and pool are also well maintained and quickly reached. There was nothing in the apartment when we arrived, things for daily use (sponge, soap, oil, ...) must be brought or bought on site. We are more than happy to recommend.

My son and I enjoyed a great stay at Francesco's place. Our host went out of his way to be helpful. Effective air conditioning, comfortable bed plus sofa, stacks of hot water from the shower. Kitchen well provided with utensils, induction hob, milk in fridge, biscuits, coffee, sugar and cafetiere. Two televisions. Delightful outlook onto boats at the port. Major supermarket and restaurants all nearby. 11 minute walk to the seafront. For a small group of 1-3 people, this accommodation is hard to beat.

Large outdoor area (equipped) perfect for those with a dog as it is fully fenced; even the interior spaces (modernly furnished) are suitable for six people. Very useful laundry room and outdoor shower. Parking in front of the house and ample free parking nearby. Good location for getting around by car to all the beaches of the Conero Riviera. The beaches of Numana can also be reached on foot but on the way back the road is a little uphill (but there is free shuttle service). Very kind and helpful hosts, flexible check-in and check-out. Overall our stay was great.

Great location and everything working, in good condition and clean. The house is well stocked with everything, among the many a nice and large smart TV. Check-in and check-out managed remotely, and in the poor week of stay Francesco has made sure everything went well several times. Only report, which for us was not a problem, but noteworthy: the apartment is on the ground floor of an independent building, inhabited upstairs. These common spaces are used occasionally by the family upstairs (e.g. to throw the recycling), which are necessarily found to pass in front of the windows of the apartment. Excluding everything, highly recommended apartment.

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

Thanks to the convenient and quiet location we had a pleasant stay. Apart from the comfortable accommodation equipped with all comforts, especially functional, I want to point out the beautiful garden where we spent relaxing hours. We had a lovely stay at Pietro's. The accommodation was very functional and close to the sea (15 min walk by a nice descent). We enjoyed the fish restaurant at the end of the street with sea views.

If you are looking for a traditional and typical Italian cottage, with modern amenities, and an amazing high terrace overlooking the sweep of the beach - and just a few steps up into magical Numana - then this house is an unbeatable offer. Piero was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish - brilliant communicator, great information, and flexible. Don’t hesitate to book - but please just avoid taking my week next year !

Large, clean, tidy, well-equipped house. Great location, very quiet area within walking distance of downtown Numana. Guest attentive to details. We had a very good time, even our dog.
