House holiday rentals in Monte Faro, Gran Alacant

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

Monique, her husband, and her friend were nothing short of amazing. Monique helped arrange transportation to and from the train station, and even offered to drive us anywhere we needed during our stay for way less than a 3rd party app would charge. They were some of the nicest and most welcoming people, and the property was gorgeous. About a 15 minute walk to the beach from the property, but it housed all of our party more than comfortably. One of the best if not best experiences anyone in the group has ever had with Airbnb and travel in general. 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice relaxing vacation with no worries. We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Gran Alacant! The place was perfect for our family. The pool was a highlight, especially for the kids, and the beautiful terrace gave us many cozy evenings outdoors. The furnishings of the house are modern, very tasteful and there was everything we needed. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this house. Thank you for the great hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Spacious accommodation, faithful to the description and carefully decorated. Close to the highway for those wishing to go to Alicante. It is complete in terms of equipment, kitchen materials, etc. We only stayed 4 nights but I think for an extended stay it is well suited. Comfortable bedding, same for sofa. Ideal dressing room and what you also need in the bathrooms. Gianluca and Vanessa are responsive to messages.

They have a great team of professionals who are very attentive to resolve quickly and effectively any special circumstances or needs that arise during the stay. The urbanization is a past, with a swimming pool, padel courts, tennis, football… it gives many possibilities. The house is very large and the kitchen super spacious to go with family or friends. Best place we've ever been to! Great house with private parking right outside the door, extremely modern furnishings, huge private garden/lounge area, excellent kitchen appliances and much more. Within walking distance are all kinds of supermarkets and drugstores as well as some great restaurants. The beaches nearby are beautiful and miles for chilling out on hot days. Within 15 minutes you can reach the city center of Alicante by car, in addition there is the possibility to use public transport. We felt at home and booked the house again for 10 nights during our stay. Looking forward to it! Thank you for everything Kevin!

This home is stunning! Spacious, beautiful, old school with a contemporary twist. Very tastefully decorated. The location is perfect. Castle, beach and trams all on your doorstep. The hosts, Nahir & Alfie, go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. We had the best time and really didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend 👌🏻

WOW! We came without 4 young adult children and they noted it was one of the best places we had booked. Everything detail was considered. Only thing we did not hire a car so getting to places was at times problematic but in another way it meant that we were together a lot more. Really is a super place and you will not be disappointed Thank you for your hospitality and whomever stays have a very lovely time as we definitely did

Probably one of the best locations in the area

we are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 big teenagers). this is the the first time we go to Spain. The accommodation is very good, perfectly matches the photos and description, very clean. The environment is quiet and peaceful; the pool is large enough for the residence (you can even meet alone). The park is very beautiful and perfectly maintained. Given the surrounding area, this is not insignificant. Access to the beach is very easy and quick by car (800m). Host is available to answer questions. The surroundings are a little too concrete but very good enjoy your stay overall. We recommend without a problem!

Had a lovely week. House was amazing with great bonuses including a nespresso machine and air fryer! Pool was great and literally about 20 metres from house. Lots of useful extras like beach chairs and snorkels, plus a pram and car seat in downstairs bedrooms. Really happy with out stay and would definitely not hesitate to book again!

David is a great host, Always accessible and accommodating! The location is great because there is little going on on the beach in front of the terrace during the week. Restaurants are easily and quickly accessible both on foot and by car. Excursions are also easily accessible within 20 minutes by car.

Evelyn is a great host, very nice and considerate. Her place has all basic needs sorted. Location in the resort is great with an amazing pool.

We were in Peter's very nice and modern house over Christmas. For us as a family, the house was very suitable, as the large kitchen and also the large living room in particular offer plenty of space for all family members. The sensational kitchen equipment is also noteworthy. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the building services/heating in the winter time, but Peter was always available and very eager to fix all problems immediately. Even on December 24th, he still delivered a new dishwasher. Value for money is still OK. Certainly, the prices are higher over the holidays, but you also have to be aware that the house is not a detached house with a large garden, but a terraced house, and there are only smaller, tiled terraces in the outdoor area. The proximity to the beach (a few minutes by car), to supermarkets, to Alicante and to the airport were excellent. We would book this house again anytime for a family event.

The house is small but very cozy, it has everything, it is very clean and comfortable, the terrace is decorated and at night it has small lights that make it even more beautiful, the area is very quiet, there is a restaurant area nearby, you have to have a car to go to Santa Pola since it is a bit far to walk, by car it is 10 minutes, the reception is by jhonnie, the neighbor next door, he is very kind and attentive. The only downside I can find is the check-in time. According to the website, it's at 3:00 p.m., which I think is late, and they want to change it to 5:00 p.m., which means you practically lose the day.
