This house is a real stunner, with beautiful furnishings, great art and books, a great kitchen, plenty of seating for a large group and a fantastic location (near the Hollywood sign). It is both elegant and homey at the same time. We were a large group for the holidays and everyone was comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone, and no one wanted to leave this special house.

We absolutely LOVED this sweet Spanish Villa tucked away in the jungle vibes of Venice. Super quiet & away off the street, with beautiful and eclectic touches of Art and furniture. The pictures do not do this place justice, it exceeded our expectations! High ceilings, lots of space and sunlight, fresh breeze from the bedroom terrace coming in. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were a dream. Had the best sleeps here. Loved the Spanish tiles through the rooms and the vintage gas range was so cool! I felt like I was living in an architect Design magazine house. The location was perfect. Quick walk to Abbott Kinney , and grocery stores. The hosts were quick to respond as well which was great! It was so clean and had everything you needed to enjoy cooking and hosting friends popping in for a visit. The gym was a total bonus! It was just amazing! I could live here and would stay here again.

Wow- we stayed here with 12 people for a relay race in HB. And it accommodated us perfectly. Everyone was saying how huge and great the place was! We were so close to the bars in HB too.

Wilson is a very responsive host. replied back right away when we had issues and worked to resolve them. would highly recommend

CL’s place was a perfect escape for our writers retreat. You are secluded in the Hills and away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of natural light and tons of space. The outdoor areas are so so lovely and it’s all very tranquil. Would recommend this place!

We were here for my wedding and Sophia’s and Casey’s villa was large enough to host my wedding party. It is a beautiful place and they were communicative. It very clean and looks even better in person. 100% would recommend

It's my second staying at Melany's...you can't beat the location and the size of the place. The living room might benefit from a rug, and I wasn't able to get the TV to work, but overall this was pretty minor and I didn't have a chance to let her know. Most of the time we were out enjoying the beach and that was great!

My daughter picked out Jean’s lovely home for her Birthday celebration. We’re a pretty mellow family and enjoy a cozy and elegant home to celebrate in with great surroundings. This was just perfect. Loved the home so much. Really great living room to watch movies, nice kitchen, comfy bedrooms and lots of yard space for our dogs. Nice hot tub. Really interesting architecture. Amazing huge windows, high ceilings, and the fireplace was a masterpiece. Beautiful trees and bamboo in the yard. Lots of quiet places to relax and destress. Best dog walking neighborhood. Loved it!

This was truly one of the best vacation homes I’ve ever stayed at. The house was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and offered complete privacy. The host was outstanding, always prompt and attentive to our needs. The backyard was absolutely stunning—watching the hummingbirds sip from the water fountain in the early morning was an unforgettable highlight. I can’t recommend this place enough for a relaxing getaway!

This home is beautiful. I loved that this home had more than the bare minimum of furniture. It truly felt like home. Tommy was a great host, answered all our questions and checked on us a few times. House rules clear and easy to follow. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to access. We parked on the street and entered the home to access the gate key. Once parking was situated we were able to immediately relax because the amenities. From the pool, to the hot tub, guest house, and the kitchen. Omg the kitchen, and the provided cookware/dishes, request to use plastic by the pool were provided. I was able to cook dinner without buying additional items. The art work was cool, and the yard felt like you were worlds away on vacay! Sitting by the fire laughing and talking nightly was a highlight. Thank you Tommy for providing such a wonderful getaway!

Pros- Excellent location! Very close to Universal Hollywood, Walk of Fame, The Bus Tours, local restaurants and gas stations. Cons- Although not in most bnb’s, washer and dryer not included, which would have helped particularly for the bed sheets ( two of us may have been taken a bite out of and it was not mosquitoes). Bathrooms have sheer curtains, lacking privacy for those who may mind being watched by birds or drones lol. This home has a 1930’s old but Elite vibe with a fantastic view of the city , especially at night. It is quiet and peaceful. The very narrow road in the division reminds me of the architecture of Paris. Great stay overall.

I don’t even know where to begin. From the initial inquiry to checkout, Maylen has been easy to communicate with. We had an amazing time staying at Maylen and Greg’s place. We came in late at night and it was hard to find the house bc it was dark but Maylen replied right away with directions as to how to get to the house (we were a few houses up). The house is beautiful and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us. The pool and hot tub was used daily, to the point that my nephews preferred to stay home to swim vs go out and sight see. The game room was a plus too. Maylen and Greg were always available and they always informed us if someone was to come to the house to check on things. If there was something we needed in the house, they were quick to provide it. The area is very quiet and it’s close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. I definitely recommend staying at their house. It was home away from home and we look forward to coming back!

This place was awesome. Very private and secure. The house had everything you needed. Great amenities. The kitchen allowed you to make great meals. The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time there.

I don't even know where to start. This house is BEAUTIFUL!!! I rented this airbnb to celebrate my 25th birthday with a few close friends. Everything was absolutely beautiful. The backyard was stunning, the kitchen was amazing, the master bedroom and bathroom were amazing, and everything was as described. There was plenty of space for our group of 10, and we were all comfortable and happy. We had a slight issue with the pool, however that was quickly resolved with the owners. They are VERY RESPONSIVE. If you're planning to do any big cooking, you might need to bring some additional cookware as we made brunch but didn't find a mixing bowl, measuring spoons, or measuring cups to make pancakes. The host also left an assortment of food and seasonings in the cupboards as well which was also nice! Another thing we loved was the surplus of extra towels and not having to worry about whether or not we needed more. We definitely will be booking here again. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Great house, private, spacious, modern, and walkable to everything you need (unique for LA) was perfect for our family of 6. The hosts (Tyler) and the owner were very friendly and responsive and made sure we were super comfortable. It's a definite repeat for us.

We had a wonderful stay here! The hosts were warm, friendly, and easy to chat with, which made us feel right at home. The place itself was charming and well-kept, with the highlight being our own private pool and jacuzzi – such a treat! The ambience is fantastic, with a serene countryside design that blends beautifully with nature. A gentle breeze flows through the property, and we even spotted some small animals from time to time, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. We actually ended up changing our travel plans just to spend more time here – that’s how much we enjoyed it. If you’re looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating getaway, this place is perfect. Highly recommended!

Really awesome host and amazing place! the drive way & garage fits 3 cars. our party had more than that for our bachlorette and were able to find street parking. Be careful with the street parking though: there were some trees that got sticky sap all over the cars and pollen/leaves clung to it.

Mai is a warm, accommodating, and responsive host. The property is exactly as described. It was incredibly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The best part was the pool and pool deck with the amazing view of the canyon and downtown! And, the indoor outdoor living! I don't think you can get a better property with that view and ambience for the price. We loved sitting by the fireplace on a chilly LA winter night. We wished we could have spent our stay taking in the daytime and nighttime view from anywhere in the property!

This place definitely served its purpose - to give our kids a fun, unique, relaxing, and private place to swim over spring break. The house had pretty much all we needed and whatever we forgot could easily be bought at one of the many nearby retail stores (Target, Vons, etc.). I liked that there were so many choices for food right outside the neighborhood but also convenient proximity to the freeway if we needed to go out of the area. The place definitely has a cozy and family friendly vibe. We enjoyed our stay!
