This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. The apartment has 2 rooms, one mezzanine, and a sofa-bed in living room (max 6 people). It is fully equipped, with complete kitchen and Air Conditioning (for winter and summer time). It is an old traditional house, recently renovated, very comfortable. There is public parking (paid, 50m away and free, a 5-minute walk away).There is another apartment, Sao Cristovao 2, next door, for 5 people.
