This is a perfect hideaway from city hustle and traffic noise. The heart of house is its terrace that sits right on the water, overlooking the beautiful Mount Lovćen. Kakrc is located in a prime location on Luštica Peninsula. it is 20 min away from Tivat and Kotor where you can go out and explore, shop, enjoy the local cuisine, but also close to some of the most beautiful beaches Montenegro has to offer.

The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
