Chic Waterfront 2F Studio in Historic Home w/ VIEW

This waterfront studio apartment occupies the entire 2nd floor (two floors above the ground floor) in an historic stone home on Kotor Bay in the charming village of Muo. Swimming/sunning is available out in front of the apartment, and Old Town Kotor (the part inside the Medieval walls) is about a 25-minute walk. All the apartments in the building have been recently remodeled and have many modern features -- air conditioning, at-grade tiled showers -- but retains a lot of the historic charm.

The cabin is located in beautiful nature, near the birch forest, below the mountain peak Štuoc, overlooking the mountains. The cabin is made entirely from the wood. We are the perfect starting point for all your adventures if you are planning an active vacation because with us you can hire a guide for hiking tours, sightseeing and visiting places hidden in the heart of our village, as well as book rafting or canyoning in season. We also offer an outdoor sauna for additional fee. Welcome!

15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

A cozy and original wooden cottage is located in the heart of Durmitor National Park. Its fantastic location is overlooking the Yezerska plateau and Durmitor mountain. Savin Kuk ski center is located just in 5 minutes walk from Family Farm Apartments and its chair-lift works during the summer time too. The cottage is ideal for couples and families (with children). 5 minutes drive to get to Old Town Kotor, or 25-minute of walking. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the coast is a 8-minute walk away. Free parking spaces in front of the building. The possibility of organizing car rental or transportation from and to the apartment, upon request. This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.
