The house is gated with free street parking. The washer and dryer are free to use. It's about 14 miles to LA downtown, 22 miles to Universal Studio, and 26 miles to Disneyland resort.

It has a sparkling clean bathroom and a kitchenette(no stove). The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, and single brew coffee dispenser. The space is for a single guest and furnished with a high quality twin size bed , a full size table, and a full size chest drawers.
