Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Montevideo

Very comfortable and clean apartment, with excellent location very close to Pocitos beach. Check-in is done alone but there is a doorman in the building and before arriving Martín leaves super clear instructions. The kitchen is well equipped and Martin always answered and resolved my doubts and requests to make my stay more comfortable. The only thing I didn't expect is that the balcony in the room opens directly to the main street and there are no curtains/blinds, but there are doors that block the light and glass doors to open. Don't forget to climb to the top floor where the gym is and a terrace with amazing views of Pocitos and the Rio de la Plata!

Eduardo was great very friendly and I had a very enjoyable stay in his apartment, it is right at the top of the building, quiet, the portero was very helpful the area is safe with some nice restaurants nearby. Also nice view of the sea from the living room! I would definitely recommend.

Paola is a fantastic host! The apartment is clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The neighborhood is great too—plenty of nice spots nearby to grab a beer, like Kantina, or enjoy a delicious breakfast at Vera. Highly recommended!

Alejandra was very kind and helpful. The place was clean had all the necessary stuff, even a washing machine that cleaned our clothes very well, better than home. The apartment has three rooms and two washrooms so very useful for a group of 3 etc.

The atmosphere is super quiet and the garden creates a very pleasant environment. The house is very comfortable and beautiful. It has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was very well equipped. The spectacular bathroom and the most comfortable bed I've ever tried. Highly recommended.

We spent a week at this accommodation, it is in a good location. It should be noted that the apartment is on a fourth floor without an elevator and the bathroom is outside the mono environment, you have to go through the terrace. It has a washing machine and the kitchen is good for short stays. Very good communication with Marcelo and he was very kind. Recommended apartment for short stays.

I had a one-off problem with the cleaning of the minibar but she promptly stepped up to fix it. The only negative point is that parking near the car is very difficult during the day. After 5pm it is very quiet to park. The apartment is very nice and the kitchen linen is also very nice.
